Dallas88885 stars for QuittersI love this podcast. It’s about quitting something and that thing you quit ‘‘twas catalyst for a new beginning that was a great opportunity for the quitter that bettered their life. Julie Bowen is so great so awesome so sweet.

Keishie23Awesome!!I must say I’m delightfully surprised at how much I love this podcast. Keep up the good work you two!!!!! ❤️

Charming frogTried to get through 1st episodeDripping with santicmomy!!!! Podcaster entitled lying about plane incident with child. Children don’t talk that way. This isn’t 1923. Very Smolette-ish. Lies… very negative identity obsessed. Go for life affirming Jocko instead. Podcasters drinking the woke cool aid sadly. Wanted to like it too. Darn

PamShahYou guys are very good interviewersHi I really liked your euro on Ed - the next time saw you was on Modern Family! I know Ed was a quite a while before but if I didn’t know that I would have thought it was soon after - you look awesome! You and Chad mage a great team and you both have very interesting guests and ask very good questions to draw the best out if your gusts I really enjoyed listen to Jameela & Avan recently. Hey I would love for you to interview Miyokos Schinner- founder if Miyokos cheese - recently fired from the company she stated from ground up!! Check her out - I would love to see her as a guest on your show! Thanks Pam Punwani Shah

christina_1715New fave podI just listened to two episodes ( Becca Tilley and Kaitlyn Bristowe, can you tell I’m from Bachelor nation?!? ) I really enjoyed the dynamic between Chad and Julie! I imagine they do a lot of research and prep for each guest behind the scenes but it seems like interviewing and journalistic abilities come very natural to them both. Julie shines as a comedian and brings warmth to the podcast. Chad asks thought-provoking, intriguing and curious questions and seems at ease and comfortable working on the fly. I just like the way his brain works! He seems so engaged and present with the guests yet doesn’t shy away from his opinions and views. He pushes the box and Julie compliments him well. Its evident they both enjoy getting to know people, their stories and are curious about life. I enjoyed these two particular podcast as I got to see a new perspective and refreshing in-depth stories on the guests. I’m excited to listen to this dynamic duo more and get to know them.

CottonhelenA sign of good leadershipKnowing when to leave a position is a sign of good leadership. It was the hardest thing leaving my role in an organization that I loved but I knew it was the best and most sustainable decision for the health of the organization.

Starksfor3Quitting babbyyyyBig fans of both of the hosts, from Chad’s amazing book & his other pod (Direct Deposit) to Julie’s fantastic acting career. Listen each week, but my only critic is for Julie, please please wait for the guest to finish speaking before you chime in. If you could, please. So if Chad asks the guest a question, you don’t have to answer it, as an FYI haha.

justjudynowTegan and SaraTegan and Sara were amazing. Articulate. Honest. Forthcoming. Julie needs to prepare more. The whole thing with Chad concerning “Blue is the warmest color” was awkward. Just unnecessary. I would have edited it out.

AmaaazzziinnggggBest Podcast of the YearMy love of Modern Family and podcasts in general brought me to this gem. I enjoy listening to their conversations about race and relationships, and I’ve learned so much about life and mental health. I think that both co-hosts bring so much to the show and provide thought-provoking perspectives. I am now a Chad Sanders fan and can’t wait to see the work he puts out in the future. All in all, this is an amazing podcast and the conversations they have with their guests flow so naturally and feels more like old friends catching up, instead of a formal interview. Highly recommend!

Elliott Yang TerabithiaLoveI started to listen because I like Julie. Now love her.

Palmer Guy Boston.Gets me through the day!I recently quit my long time job and decided to pursue my dream job. Working from home has me feeling a little isolated at times so this podcast has served as a great way for me have a laugh and feel like I’m surrounded by friends. Chad and Julie are a great team!
-
linna lassFrom a thankful Christian listenerI appreciate how respectful the hosts are to each other. Chad, thank you for sticking up for Christians and not brushing us under the rug as ignorant haters. We are all on a continuum and I’m glad you haven’t abandoned your upbringing completely. The hosts are delightful and thoughtful. Thank you both.

J. Cle. 216Fantastic PodcastI have been binge-listening to this podcast and just finished the first season. I love the line-up and how intimate you all get with guests and each other. I want to thank both of you (and your entire team who helps make this happen) because you encouraged me to quit (at least for the spring 2023 semester) teaching as an adjunct professor to be fully alive and present with my wife and soon-to-be-newborn (he’s due in December). In the words of Julie, love you both. Best, Jason

BethT2Really goodI came for the Jenette McCurdy interview but got sucked in further when I saw the line up, and my favorite Karen Kilgariff. Can’t wait for more. Always a Julie Bowen fan and it’s so nice getting to know Chad

Julie and Chad do an amazing job with interviewing their guests making their content informative, entertaining and captivating while both fearlessly giving their own stories! It’s a win on all levels and adding this podcast to your library will be the best thing you’ve done for you ears in a long time!

-
SabelroseIn my top ten list!I just slid the Quitters icon up into the top row of my download menu. This show is really excellent. It’s vulnerable, authentic, raw, honest, but not sappy or wet. I love hearing celebrities share about the challenges they have faced in life. The relatability is intriguing and entertaining.
-
ChicaofanthropologyFresh and FantasticThere is real beauty in listening to the blossoming friendship of these 2 unlikely friends/cohosts. Navigating and inspiring the conversation of differences, perspectives, respect, and growth.
-
Onager12One Small IssueLifelong Julie Bowen fan here. I’m enjoying the podcast, but I have to point out one small issue. In the ad for the online therapy service, Julie says she never sleeps. Then in the ad for the mattress company, Julie says she’s addicted to sleep. Big deal, right?

@Thoroughly.Colored InstagramThank youAmazing - this honesty is so healing ! Thank you

-
Creeperface567AuthenticI wasn’t sure what to expect, but this podcast is so refreshingly honest and real. I think I’ve seen every Modern Family episode multiple times and always could really relate to Phil and Claire because our kids are similar ages, so I was excited to try this out. I’ve really enjoyed the first two episodes and just bought the audible version of Black Magic because I really want to learn more from Chad. He’s fantastic.

AuntiefoofooA Listener telling the truth...This is hard for me to even say..but I think every BiPoc person out there can relate to being in a class or an office when a discussion around race happens and the white person in the room (who likely is already the person who gets the most airtime starts to go on and on describing how hard and uncomfortable and guilt-ridden it feels to be white and processes all their complicated feelings around it.. As if we are responsible for comforting THEM. I genuinely like both hosts but if I’m honest this first episode felt like a lot of listening and emotional labor for the party who is/has been the most affected by race. It gave me a stomach ache. ;(
-
FieldvisionHonest Refreshing ConversationGreat concept, real unvarnished heartfelt talks. Bravo
-
hmk711Dynamic duoI was looking forward to hear this as a fan of Julie but have enjoyed hearing Chad’s perspective! They are a great combo and while the topic can be heavy they balance it with moments of humor too.
-
luvvagoodstoryI can’t 🙄I made twelve minutes and thirty-one seconds into episode one, and I had to dump out. I came here as a huge fan of Julie.. I want to be nice, so I’ll say I hope the first episode is just the hosts finding their groove, and they get better as this goes... I sincerely hope this show finds its footing and a cohesive direction.. a bit too feelings feelings feelings for me.. please get some content and entertain, inform, or ideally, do both.. Good luck 👍🏼

JlGagnonLove it so far!Interesting concept. Quitting things is not exclusively a bad thing, though it carries a supremely negative weight! Loved the first episode and how open Julie was with her eating disorder struggles. I definitely was shown a different perspective and cannot wait to listen to the other episodes.
