    Really good stuff
Such good conversation about concussion and Post Concussion Syndrome. It’s really helpful on a mental and emotional level. I’ve had two concussions with PCS in the last year. It was all very new and unknown. This podcast has been a real resource as well as a place of connection. Recommended for sure!

    Love it
I love hearing stories from other PCS sufferers and learning what they have gone through and how they’re coping. A breath of fresh air!

    Wow I needed this
I got a concussion last fall and after 2 weeks of being completely debilitated, I was diagnosed with post concussion syndrome. It has been a huge struggle for me since then, and part of that struggle is explaining to people what exactly I am going through, as it is indeed “invisible.” I got tears listening to an episode as both the host Bella and her guest explained exactly what it’s like to have PCS as it was so relatable to me. I used to be go-go-go and while I am still productive, it’s a different lifestyle than I’ve ever had before. Keep up the good work Bella, there is such a lack of resources on this and more is need to be shared on concussions!

    Relatable and Helpful
This was the right thing at the right time. The guests bring a lot to the table and Bella is great at bringing out the best in them. He voice is so nice to listen to, her comments are insightful and she makes the stories come to life. THANK YOU for this podcast!
