NicoletuckerrealestateHelped me pass my Broker exam after about 20 years as a Texas licensed agent! This podcast helped me pass my Broker exam! After about 20 years of being a licensed real estate agent in Texas, I haven’t taken the exam in almost 2 decades. Some things are easier because some terms are pertinent to the years of work but a lot of the test is not things you use “in real life” or specifically memorized and have to recite at a moment’s notice. Thank you, PrepAgent!

DKn4754Good but…Goodness, if you stumble on a word or sentence, re-record it! Hard to listen to at times.
-
SaritaboomboomCouldn’t finishI tried to finish but the baby crying in the background in some of these are just terrible. Cannot finish
-
beachbum0485Use this to help you studyI’ve been licensed for almost four years now and PrepAgent was by far the best podcast to listen too! He makes it easy to understand with examples to put it in real life prospective. Highly recommended! I passed both my State and National exams the first time thanks to PrepAgent!
-
law and order loverLife Saver!!This podcast and the prep agent website was so extremely helpful when it came to really knowing the vocab! The state test is all about knowing the vocab and definitions full meaning so being able to listen and review the important stuff helped me literally remember and be able to even hear the definitions in my head during the test!! I passed my state exam on the first try! I could not have passed this exam without Prep Agent!
-
Erika RamirezSo helpfulI’m so glad I found this podcast before my state exam, it was so helpful to simplify definitions! I really think this helped me pass.

Tim.KirkpatrickSimply awesome! The way Joe explains the concepts really helps internalize and connect what we learn in our RE edu course to reality. He makes it simple, straightforward and fun. He has a great sense of humor, positive attitude & energetic personality which helps learning be more enjoyable. I invested in his Prep Agent course and it’s been super helpful. The great news with this podcast is it’s FREE and there are no advertisements breaking up the episodes. I highly recommend this podcast AND the Prep Agent course. 💯🙂

MikayteragyybGreat content but acts like a Pre-K teacherWhen he is actually focused on teaching the content, it’s great. But when he is distracted and talking to the chat, it’s very annoying to hear “everybody type, I pRoMisE nOT to …” we’re adults. Quit wasting time telling people to type pledges in the chat.

amiaggieSharon Tseung episodeVery basic information that was repeated over and over again just to fill time
-
atoninirogersGood tips & tricks to remember materialI took the 96 hour licensing course about 6 years ago and I never tested due to a promotion at my nursing leadership job! So, this podcast has been a great review now that I’m seeking to be licensed so that I can “legally” manage other people’s short term rental properties. Good content & great tips & tricks! Helpful in bringing back the info I learned 6 years ago! Angie Tonini-Rogers Wholly Made Life

SierraGaleHelped me pass my examsListening to all the vocabulary reviews every time I was in the car was so helpful and really got me prepared for the test! His simple references helped me recall the vocabulary during my test. Thank you!
-
KedahaWhy isn’t there more episodes??Only one episode a month?! That’s really disappointing! As someone taking their real estate course online it felt good to actually hear someone explaining some terms I struggled with. Too bad you are not more consistent with your content
-
Beverly G.Please enunciateThe information is great. This is an excellent way to study. I don’t love when he derails and starts talking about movies and other non-related topics. Lastly, I wish he would properly enunciate. I’m constantly rewinding to figure what the in world this man is saying.
-
Deserthawk12Really great! This is soooooo helpful. I’m so grateful, thanks Joe!
-
ChristyHobbsSo very helpful!Joe does an amazing job of going over topics in a clear and simple way. The way he covers topics is so much easier to comprehend! Thanks Joe! Feels too good to be true that this is a free podcast!!

Melissa Bij GHelped me pass - Indispensable Help!I watched you tubes from prep agent in the month before taking my course and State exams. I did an online self paced course through a different real estate school. I didn’t have an actual teacher so Joe really fulfilled that role for me In Explaining concepts in simple terms. I so so so grateful. His test taking techniques were great too. Thank you, Joe! Glad I found your podcast too! Wishing you the best. Melissa

maddoxfamHelped me pass my exam!!So thankful for Prep Agent on YouTube and podcasts, after watching and listening to your content I passed my real estate exam easily!! I had failed 3 times before until I started learning from Joe at Prepagent. THANK YOU for making it so easy to digest and understand!
-
Axilla13Awesome!I used this podcast and Prep Agent to pass the notoriously difficult CA exam on the first try. This podcast is the real deal!
-
meganjeann3AMAZINGAfter my courses, I took a crash course for 8 hours and then did practice tests over and over only to fail the real estate exam TWICE. I knew I needed a new way of looking at the concepts and that’s when I found this podcast for Prepagent with Joe. I am so glad I did because he helps you understand the terms in a new way and gives GREAT advice. I listened to them to and from work for 2 weeks, watched his YouTube videos, and studied my vocabulary (most important) and passed my test with the utmost confidence. I will recommend this to anyone who is going for their Real Estate license. Thank you thank you!!
-
RoozineGood! This guy is awesome! This is a really good supplement to listen to while juggling a million things and staying motivated to navigate real estate. The short sound bytes are great for studying and the sound quality and music is really good and I believe has psychological elements that alleviate anxiety My only critique is that the webinars could be edited better to make more sense for podcasts (deleting the silences & adding a transcript so you can see the questions)
-
rxsellerGreat way to consolidate knowledgeI had finished my online course and was struggling with how to put it all together when I found this podcast and website. The Prep Agent podcast (and website) allowed me to wrap my brain around difficult concepts that I’d been struggling with and pass my end of course test with a 90%. I just passed my state licensing test so I’m off to the races !!

TuliplvrYou helped me better than any other resourceThank you! Great content. I appreciate your hard work

Sacks5thave8Best podcast for studying RE examThis is the best podcast and program I’ve come across for studying for the real estate exam. Joe keeps things simple and really breaks down exactly what you need to do and in what order to pass the exam. He comes up with fun ways to memorize the vocabulary, which is the challenging part. I bought his program after listening to the podcast and I’m so glad I did. I now feel confident that I will pass the exam the first time.

Resolute SpiritThe BEST...Hands DownHis podcast are engaging! That is ssoooo key when it come to learning rules and regulations...and numbers. He asks his students questions and I answer them. I work 12 hrs 3rd shift nights. I just pop in my headphones and I have at least 10 hrs of studying done by morning without needing my book. I past my state exam on the first try, in September, 2 days before my birthday. #boss
-
cybelutzaJust passed my exam!So on my way to my real estate exam this morning, I found this podcast and listened to a few episodes (my drive was 1h, so I had some time to spare). Not only did it calm my nervs, but I got valuable information from it, which I actually used for my test ("or" and "ee" - I had no idea of the differences, and of course I had the question).
-
SynreGood system but not a lot of state specific contentIf you need a refresher this is great for you!
-
