Blueberry FatheadBetter than podtastic! It’s Podmazing! Maybe Podstanding! This pod is at least 6 feet tall and 5 stars wide. It could pop a creature from the Cookoo Clock of Doom. Hoss is my favorite tied with Chad, Kevin, and all the other Steinmeisters. Bringing Goose buds back to us aged and decrepit goosebuds! Keep on truckin’! YEEHAW!!!!
-
FcfegybddBetter than welcome to dead castI’m only one episode in and I like it more than goosebumps welcome to deadcast really funny. I will say I’m not a fan of the adventure episodes. Sorry.

wslusherGoosebuds is like the best October day!Bright and warm but with a lovely breeze. The Buds will make you feel as though you’ve just watched your favorite college team win a football game while wearing the coziest of socks, and you are about to go with your friends to a haunted house. All things you actually want to leave the house to do. These guys really care about each other and preserving the feelings that Goosebumps gave us listeners as young readers. I was apparently not a smart child, as I thought these were exceptional works of literary art and gobbled them up like Reese’s. I know better now, but I still love them and this podcast so very very much. 10/10 bumps

N8bitgurneyWell Goose My BudsI can’t believe I haven’t left a review after all this time listening. From the very beginning these boys have been giving me both a hit of nostalgia while simultaneously proving Goosebumps books were not all that great. Huge laughs, great buds and always a good time. Love you guys, OG crew Dom, Paul, Chad and Kevin. You are awesome.
-
brittaraderLPOTL but on valiumChill and pleasant nostalgic listen
-
ArchedZeroGoosePod? Good Pod!Nobody else could have made a podcast about Goosebumps entertaining. I can’t believe I have listened to over 100 episodes and frankly I am shocked, bewildered and impressed by you guys.
-
someotherguyorsomethingMissin’ DomIt’s crazy that now the bad boy of Goosebuds is the guy who read Infinite Jest. Listening through the pod for probably the fifth or sixth time all the way through. Everyone is great, even Kevin (no hate here and I’ll eventually play Haque, I promise) but it did feel like the crazy got turned down a bit when daddy Dom left. Love you guys and hey, maybe read some more Animorphs?

Puerto Rican DemonThe Funniest Goosebumps PodcastThis is hands down the funniest Goosebumps podcast you’re going to find. It’s at its best if you’ve already read the book or at least the plot of the book they’re talking about. If not it can be hard to follow. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still great to listen to, just know sometimes they will pick apart the book in random order and go off on tangents. The “Give Yourself Goosebumps” episodes, which are my favorite, are the exception. They read the book on the show while giving hilarious commentary. My only real complaint is that, at times, they can make weird sexual jokes about the characters in the books, which is off putting considering most of them are usually around 13 years old. I understand they’re just joking so not a huge deal. However, my nitpicks aren’t enough hinder the podcast. 5 stars!

khaki karlSay cheese and podcastLove it!!! Especially the give yourself goosebumps eps!

NickPTSGood thinkMy girlfriend falls asleep to this show a lot please continue making so she can sleep.

HannahbebezaNostalgia and Fun- Goosebuds are #1Edit: since originally writing this I’ve realized I was missing out by skipping over the banter of the episodes. I’ve learned the error of my ways! Original review left intact as a reminder of my growth as a human :) ——— I began a nostalgia trip a month ago, and rabidly checked out as many classic Goosebumps books as I could from the library. As a kid, I owned many, but read few. I’ve been breezing through them now. On a whim I hunted for a Goosebumps-themed podcast and stumbled into the gem that is Goosebuds. Re-reading these as an adult, and then listening to the corresponding episode of Goosebuds is always a treat! The buds are entertaining. There is usually around 15 minutes of banter before discussing the book. While I did skip over these portions some in the beginning, their personalities and hilarious conversations grew on me enough that I can’t imagine skipping the banter now. It’s all part of the Goosebuds experience! I think we all had fond childhood memories of this series that don’t always hold up now that we are adults. And, the Goosebuds do a great job of saying what we’re probably all thinking in a funnier way than we can.
-
Porky PartyGreat stuffThese boys have unlocked childhood memories I didn’t even know I still had
-
ConfusedBreakfastPodcastAmazingThis podcast is so great!

Henry TorbertHelping with Childhood ScarsThis podcast about Goosebumps and other RL Stine-adjacent material is great for processing childhood trauma. I never watched the show as a child; rather, I was sheltered from it by my Presbyterian school, which forbid the presence of Goosebumps and Animorphs at our Scholastic book fair. Thank you, gentlemen, for helping me get a part of my youth back that was stolen by organized religion. 10/10 repressed desires.

brynale7MSTYou know how Mike replaced Joel on Mystery Science Theatre and You don’t really wanna say it got funnier and better cuz Joel seems like a really great guy and Mike is kinda a Neocon deuchebag?it’s like that except this replacement isn’t a neocon deuchebag
-
Catahstrophic90’s Kid ApprovedAs a 90’s kid who loved, but was also scared of Goosebumps, this podcast delivers. I’d love to hear episodes reviewing the Goosebumps shows as well as the Goosebumps video game (console/PC not mobile)

mcupkaThe Coolest Thing I Do Is Listen To This PodcastI can not tell a lie. I have been listening to these men discuss children’s horror books for as long as I can remember. It has become an essential part of who I am. My favorite thing to do is listen to Goosebuds and my second favorite thing to do is tell people that I listen to Goosebuds.

Variable SynphonyLong time ListenerBeen here since Ep 1, originally from Dom's previous podcast "Fantasy Fiction" and a fan of Continue show. Goosebuds is a great podcast about the prolific franchise that is Goosebumps. While initially reminiscent about the series. Listen as they slowly find out why its more aimed towards kids; talking about kids attire on pages on end and how absolute sour kids are to one another. Truly words of a true prophet that is R(eally). L(ove). Stein. Lately it has become moreso just a following the lives of 3 great gentlemen, and I am absolutly for it. As someone who enjoys listening to tangents and brain vomit i give this a "well timed" 9/11 jokes out of 10.
-
AlexIsHumanGive it a listenYou should the show is great. If you don’t like the preamble before the book you won’t like the show unfortunately, but you’ll like it

CooperCan'tFindAUsernameThe Podcast that Glompf’sOf all the Goosebumps themed podcasts out there (and I can only imagine there are TONS), this is easily the best one. I had plenty of Goosebumps books as a kid but was always too scared to read them, mainly because the Curse of Camp Cold Lake cover was so scary, but this is a great way to experience these sour stories safely. 10/10 would slink again Also wouldn’t mind a little more Goosebumps rpg

Shamwise!Horrific FunGoosebuds is a wonderful podcast with three good good boys chatting about the beloved and dubious in quality children’s horror books, goosebumps. It’s got a good balance of pop culture and insightful perspectives on RL’s many many books. A adorable, monster blood soaked gem.
-
vxthunderThese boys speak the pod-dy language I wanna hear.A feel-good, funny, and lightly spooky show! I can’t give this pod enough stars. These buds are truly the best!
-
Fr33c01nsWorth Every Penny!I came for the Kevin and stayed for the LoTR references! Also Chad and Paul are good. And the book discussions are most humorous.
-
CleppySpooked my pants off, chasing them nowAfter reading through some of the reviews, I’m shocked how many comments are crappy towards one of my favorite parts of the show, which is the opening banter between friends. I enjoy every episode from start to finish and I’ve been listening from the start. Dom will be missed but I’m glad Kevin joined the team vocally as well as being the editor. Keep it up guys!
-
ThepsarahdactylYesI just started Listening to this podcast and it feels like hanging out with old friends. I’ve been binging it at work and giggling to myself like a crazy person. I’m obsessed with the show but I’ve never read the books and now I don’t have to! Thanks for the laughs and superb book reviews, I get the joy of goosebumps without having to suffer through the amazing writing
-
ShdhffiejdjsjaksjdjfjrjddNot enough credit for these guysI personally love their banter and personalities! This is definitely one of those podcasts that needs way more attention than it’s receiving. I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while but I’ve made the move after seeing a low review from someone due to Dom leaving. It’s a bummer but honestly Kevin is a great host on Pretend Friends and his riffs are hilarious. I think he’s a great addition to the buds (I was hoping these guys would have Kevin on as a guest way more often before they announced this). Definitely can’t wait to hear more, and I’m spreading the word. Cheers!
-
nevertrumper666LONG LIVE GOOSEBUDSSad to see Dom go but I love me some Kevin Coleeeeeee!! So incredibly glad the podcast is still trucking even without the original hosts. This podcast always soothes my hackles and fills me with giggles. Love you guys and so glad you do this
-
shitsdeadbrahIt’s all about the budsWith Dom leaving the team, the podcast will not be the same. All of the recent episodes with guest stars have been lackluster and barely listenable. I had a sense the magic of this podcast would be coming to an end :((
-
GamerKidRedux5KFun but one problemIt seems like Dom wants to end every adventure episode as quickly as possible, I wish they would stick to the books a bit more as theyre very fun to listen to. I havent bothered listening to non adventure episodes, except for theRPG one that was awesome. There is a lot of filler in the beginning but its usually quite interesting.
-
KelalahOnly 1 GripeAwesome show, really fun and good charisma from all involved. My one issue is they said people who would choose being invisible over flying are inherently bad as there are no good uses for invisibility. It’s misguided and misinformed and I will not stand for this slander. This show is a riot. Highly recommend.
-
ThorinTheGrumpyDwarfWay too much fillerI’ve been listening to these guys for about a month and the brutal 10-20 minutes of mundane filler before they start to discuss the individual book is horrid. Time stamps are desperately needed, and maybe when they see 90% of listeners skipping their babbling and getting right to the book’s narrative they will get the message and cut down on it. Once you get through the nonsense, their humorous discussion and comical narratives are really engaging. I wish I didn’t have to jump over hurdles to reach the main point of the podcast’s content. That and the amount of times I’ve heard “I didn’t read/finish the book” is insane, why are you doing this podcast then!
-
Spud Jr.Boys read books for kiddosIt’s kinda hot
-
fakemikejonesLots of Fluff. Needs More Bumps. It’s an enjoyable podcast, once they actually get to talking about the content. Each episode starts with anywhere from 10-20+ minutes of the hosts just chatting and really providing nothing relevant to the episode. Every time I start an episode I have to skip over all of this content to get to the true purpose of the episode. I’d recommend putting in time stamps for listeners who want to skip over this introductory content.

jeff geoffersonI ain’t afraid of no goose(buds)I never read Goosebumps as a kid because I was a scaredy baby who was in fact scared of dem ghosts! I watched some of the show but was never inclined to read further. Low and behold some of my favorite internet boys decided to make a great show that gives me the good laughs every episode. Thanks guys! Check this out if you want a little nostalgia trip, mixed with banter, tangents, and a couple of boys havin a goose of a time. Now let that Slink in and start listening!
-
sun_shine_child99Honestly, it’s so fantasticI happened to just stumble upon this podcast while trying to find something different for me to listen to while I fall asleep, and I honestly went in with kinda low expectations. As a kid, I only watched some of the goosebumps episode so I was never super into it, but after the first episode of listening to Goosebuds I was hooked. Now, I listen to them every night and it’s a great experience. It’s also sparked a lot of nostalgia and a newfound love of how awful goosebumps really was. Tl;dr I love Goosebuds and hope it never ends
-
EonsoldierAnother gem among a treasure troveI’ve been aware of GooseBuds for a little while now but kept putting off listening for no good reason. I wish I had jumped in sooner. Hilarious and fun discussion of Goosebump books and a lot of off topic nonsense? I’m hooked. Every time I find anything with the Continue boys involved it‘a a grand time. From ContinueCast to Syndication Station, to Fantasy Fiction to Pretend Friends and beyond. I’ll follow these wacky boys anywhere.

-
Just another mol ElizaThumbs upThese guys are great
-
EmmasauceThis show’s good but Troll Hunters isn’t...I liked this show a lot more before I knew Chad worked on Troll Hunters. All I’m saying is I don’t think anyone from that crew should be allowed to criticize anyone else’s writing.
-
Tales From The Land OfRich mohogany voicesI love the show. I never would have even thought about Goosebumps books again after my youth if not for these gents. My favorites have been the give-yourself-goosebumps books and Kevin's RPG episodes, but all of them are excellent. There was a period of time where I would wake up in the middle of the night and not get back to sleep, but putting old episodes of this show on at low volume helped me drift off.

EveHarvester12 Slaps out of 12This Goosebumps podcast has been a longtime comfort food for me. Listening to these three nasally boys, one of whom was artfully crafted by Jim Henson, talk about children’s horror “literature” helps me connect my now jaded self with the bright-eyed child within me. Whether it’s mocking the terrible Lucy-Football cliffhangers at the end of each chapter, analyzing the ever present metaphors and allusions to children uncovering their sexuality, creating beloved and easily marketable characters such as the Slink, or plain old slandering and publishing libel against hack fraud R. L. Stein, this podcast does it all. The balance of banter and actual focused content is a near masterclass in how to create a focused podcast while still giving it space to breathe and not become paint-by-numbers. AND they are creating themed role-playing games? There’s no cliffhanger for this review, you need to listen to this.

Romans 3:2Love itI work in EMS and frequently listen to info heavy podcasts. I love the lighthearted fun and humor. You guys brake up my day and bring back some good memories from my childhood. Thank you!
-
Kaleb PriceIt‘a mostly kids jerking offThis podcast is alright. At least one host reads a Goosebumps book and talks about it with the others who have usually have at least watched the TV episode or read the Wikipedia entry. They give a pretty good summary of the book although they don't always do a very good job of building tension leading to the ending twist/reveal that Goosebumps were famous for. They do, however, always let you know when one of the kids has been JOing somewhere.

Gir5222Great funny Podcast with awesome hostsThis podcast has all 3 G’s baby! Goosebumps, Giggles, and Great buds! Paul, Dom, and Chad have great chemistry and have me holding in laughter constantly. Started the pod this month and I’ve almost caught all the way up. They have great conversations and hot takes on the works of R.L. Stine. You will not regret listening to this bad boy and if your not carful ya might just get a spook or two. This year has started pretty bad for me and discovering this podcast has brought me a lot of joy and laughter during tough times. Thanks for making such a great pod boys and keep on Goosebuding!
