Sounds like the podcast has moved to a recording of a live show format. I preferred Erich and another host (most recently Rusty from the game preserve) going deep on a few questions and doing interviews with engineers and designers who worked on classics everyone remembers.

Whether you are new to video arcade machine collecting or have been doing it for years (as I have), you will find a lot to like about the Arcade Repair Tips podcast. Tim and Jon have great chemistry and they make the podcast entertaining as well as informative. I have been repairing my own games for years and consider myself to have a fair amount of experience, yet I always seem to learn something from each podcast, and come away from it with a broader perspective on how to troubleshoot games. Most of all I just enjoy their comradery. It’s great to listen to fellow collectors who have a true passion for arcade gaming. If you have your own home arcade, just got your first machine, or are simply considering getting a video game, I strongly recommend you give this podcast a listen. But beware, much like collecting arcade machines these podcasts are addictive, you will soon find all your available space filled with games and all your free time spent listening to the Arcade Repair Tips podcasts.

These two guys have ignited my interest in the hobby of arcade game collecting. Their advice in invaluable and clearly the product of many years of combined experience. This podcast and their website have helped thousands of people in our hobby learn how to keep the old games alive.

These podcasts are rich in content and very well done! The guys at Arcade Repair Tips could not be more helpful. I was able to fix a vertical collapse with their guidance.

I've listened to every episode. Many more than once. This is the best podcast for arcade repair. Highly recommended. I restored a Nintendo Red Tent while listening to and learning from this podcast. Since then I've built a 60 in 1, restored a Zaxxon and a 1943. Now I am working on a Tapper. Thank you Jonathan and Tim! (and Michael and Stan)

They've helped on several occasions. A good group of down to earth people that aren't trying to get rich on the internet! Very informative videos and podcasts. These guys get 11 out of 10 stars. Only one gripe...dont beat the solutions to death. Say the fix and move on. I even enjoy listing when all my games are working.

This podcast is the iFixit of arcade machines. It will show you how to fix, diagnostic and upgrade multiple brands and arcades.

I stumbled accross this site a short time ago & have since downloaded all podcasts, I am hooked!!! I had no Idea I could repair these games myself. Not only do they give you great information on what could be the solution to repair the game, they give you sources to get parts & help if you need. Most important, they give you the confidence to give it a try. I have saved many $'s working on my games & I have these guys to thank the for it.
