    Not good
I was really looking forward to listening to the episode with Scott Galloway, but it doesn’t seem well prepped and the co-host needs some guidance on active listening. If I wanted to hear talking heads, I would watch ESPN or the news. Please take a lesson from people like Steven Bartlett or Andrew Huberman.

    Rule the world
Love it! First time listener. Decided in the crazy upside down world I needed to hear ya all , discussing ideas in a comedy, truthful atmosphere. Btw there was a company who created a happy face and a sad face that you stuck in the back of your window and you used it by remote control while driving so you can let the buyer the driver behind you know if he did something to make you happy or he did something to piss you off . it never really make it in the market though I have one! Decided not to use it as I make it shot!

    Shameful!
Shame on you for “whitewashing” the racism and fascism of terrible people like Musk and Thiel! You of all people should know there no positive spin on these guys. You should be using your platform not to normalize/rationalize these people but to expose what they really are. This type of “compassion” should be saved for their victims. Mandela is rolling in his grave! Do better!

    Amazon sponsor 👎🏼
This is one of my fav podcasts. Always super thought provoking and engaging. That said, the ads strike such dissonance with the subject matter and it honestly is starting to impact the credibility of some of Trevor and Christiana’s ideas. To speak of a tech oligarchy and then go into an add for Amazon 2 minutes later…? Come on.

    Navigating Life Without a Village
Hi Trevor, I love your podcast. I shared your episodes with my family. I especially find your coverage on navigating society helpful. As a woman in the diaspora navigating life all on my own, I would like some discussion on that. I know the boys are suffering from loneliness and everything under the sun, but we haven’t been spared either. Women especially black women are the most vulnerable group of women in society, and to be that with no one but yourself to rely on isn’t easy either. It is scary sometimes outright terrifying when you realize how society and people feel about blackness and womanhood.

    Ghosts
Do you believe in ghosts? I think you should do a show about ghosts. Please. And please include Christiana. Please. I think this would be a wonderful episode. Please think about it. Love the podcast!!!

    Latest episode
I agree with you on the community aspect of church, and that it is so important…people are not meant to be alone…they need to feel they belong somewhere…but I do think it also depends what is being shared, some churches can spread the wrong information, hate, racism, radical views and ideas…but for the most part it should be a place that spreads love, compassion and kindness…

    Wise, deep and entertaining
I really appreciate the high quality and the depth of the conversations. With sincerity and truth Trevor tries to understand and help us understand what is life about. Always sad when the episode ends as we wish these conversations last longer …

    Thought Provoking Conversations
I really enjoy this show and the guest they bring on. I find the conversations really engaging and interesting. Trevor and Christina do talk a lot, but I don’t mind because I think this is much more of a conversation than it is interviewing guests, and I personally like that style because most of these guest end up making the rounds and the interviews can be repetitive.

    Amazon?
Trevor I love you a lot and you are your team have put together a great show. Insightfulness with humor! But can’t you find someone besides Amazon as a sponsor? Yuck.

I love the show but let the experts speak more
I love this show but sometimes Trever and Christina don’t leave any space for the experts to speak or finish their sentences.

    Well
This is my favorite podcast wich I find quite entertaining and informative I don’t read the news so I am glad to know some of the things going on as well as other people’s opinions on subjects as well as the way it just is very funny and makes my day

So Much More to Think About
Of course there’s humor - it’s Trevor Noah! But also so smart and so much to chew on beyond the headlines. I’m currently listening to the conversation with Scott Galloway, and I feel strongly that we should have 2 years of mandatory service in the military or Peace Corps or Teach for America or something similar. I wonder what the hosts think of this and if they think it would pass Congress?

    All of the STARS!
I’m not sure why I put off starting this pod, since I’ve been a Trevor fan from TDS day 1… life is weird. These interviews are amazing! Please keep doing what you’re doing, in whatever form works for you. I have so much respect for you for leaving TDS when you did, even though it felt so personally disruptive at the time. Luckily, I got to explore those feelings and grow from that experience. Lol Yay, therapy!

    Appointment Listening
Thursdays are my favorite day because of this podcast. Thanks to Trevor for his consideration and thoughtfulness about so many topics, and for introducing me to Josh Johnson. Now I watch his premieres every Tuesday on YouTube. Both Trevor and Josh are the observational consciences that we need to be listening to right now.

    Top Notch
This is one of my three or four don’t miss an episode podcasts. Love the guest selection, the respectful interaction that everyone has and the differing opinions. Stretches my thinking. Thank you and please keep up the good work!

Great guests but Trevor speaks over everyone

Rename this podcast to “Debate with Christina” or “Interrupted by Christina”
(Response to conversation with Scott Galloway) They need to remove Christina from these types of podcasts with guest tbh. I think she gives good perspectives when it comes to the black/female experience and she’s good when it’s just Trevor, her, and Josh. But she’s a really bad host with a habit of interrupting Trevor and his guests to make her point when they are talking. This is Trevor Noah’s podcast and Scott is the guest, so why am I listening to her talk almost half the time. Not only does it feel like she didn’t even do research on the guest but it also feels like she’s pushing back on every statement the guest is making. Just get your own podcast and debate on there and let people who’s interested in her perspective listen there … but it’s so frustrating when it feels like she’s trying to take over a conversation and nitpick on everything that’s said because it kills the dialogue and conversation when the points she’s making is irrelevant and off-topic

    My manna
This podcast is manna for my mind and soul! Thanks for not making me wander in the wilderness of our current world alone. I can’t emphasize enough how much I appreciate and enjoy every episode. My brain craves the intellectual stimulation.
  • russelldoll
    Intelligent and interesting
I love the free association conversations
  • Sandezzy
    Finally….
Trevor and his team take the time to review each guest, ask interesting questions, but most importantly, they never talk over a guest, you can actually hear the responses of the speaker without interruption. That is an extremely rare characteristic. I am grateful and of course love the teams banter, humour and wit. They have a good time and so do we. Great podcast highly recommend

A terrific podcast duo with genuine curiosity about why humans act like they do. With Trevor's unending charm, humor and ultimately, kindness.

    Invaluable convos
Such an enlightening podcast for the diaspora. I adore Christiana & Josh and all of the guests are interesting because the host is interested. Also, love the thought experiments.

    Postpartum
Thank you for talking about postpartum! I'm a postpartum doula and a grandma in the US. I get to support mom's in the postpartum period by cooking, doing laundry, listening to mom, caring for baby and teaching newborn care techniques. This is a practice that is catching on in the US and is learning from traditional cultures who care for families so well.

    Thank you
I very much appreciate the variety of guests and perspectives that are brought to the show, as well as being a model for how we should be having conversations in our own lives and communities. I really loved this recent episode after Christiana had her third child…if we want to change the world for good, it starts with supporting moms (and dads). Thank you!
  • Niobe_W
    Love the Show
Great conversations! I wish Christiana would temper her habit of impulsively cutting off Trevor and guests mid-sentence when she disagrees with what they’re saying. I would love for them to be able to finish their point before she interjects with her point of view. I think Christiana is brilliant, but I hope she works on waiting her turn to speak.
  • BooneLady
    Missing Josh!
I am sure I’m not alone when I say that I really miss Josh on the hosting team. I love Trevor & Christiana, of course! But Josh brought a humor and a fresh perspective that is sorely missed. I imagine that he is so busy with his comedy success that he’s less available. But if it’s a production choice, please bring him back. And if Josh truly isn’t available, consider adding another comedian in the third cohost role. The podcast feels significantly heavier since Josh left the show.
  • M_A_Cross1997
    I’m sorry Christina
I like Trevor and the guests. And Christina seems like she has a great personality, but she sort of derails every conversation and debate with anecdotal or off topic evidence. While she has lived experience, I just don’t think she has the formal experience to effectively contribute to these intellectual conversations.

    I look forward to Thursdays
But one question about Khaya Dlanga, I want to buy his books but I don’t do ereaders, where can I buy his books in the US?

    Great show!
I’d consider Trevor a “thought leader”, he’s got a way of being vulnerable that invites the audience and whoever he is talking to, down the rabbit hole with him. My favorite episodes are when Trevor gets into conversation with his good friends, or chats about his history, and experiences…it’s such good vibes!

    Excellent Relevant Episodes!
Gosh, there are many episodes I love but the Second Act of Halle Barry episode really changed my life! I’m lucky to have women in my life that talk about this subject though this episode went into more detail. Thank you Trevor for doing what you’re doing and serving your purpose in life.

    Thanks for the intro, Trevor
Already loved Trevor, but the biggest treat of all was being introduced to Christiana and Josh and becoming huge fans of theirs!

Trevor present humor as well as serious topics and gives listeners the best of his talents. He has a great team and I love this podcast.

Christiana needs to be on less episodes
Love this podcast - the substance and topics are usually very informative and interesting. Christiana, however, really takes away from the intellect. She claims to be an open-minded person, but all I ever seem to hear from her side are closed-minded arguments and opinions. I was really excited to see that Trevor had Michael Pollan on as a guest, but was disappointed in the episode as it seemed to be nothing more than trying to convince Christiana to get out of her myopic views on the topic, resulting in the listeners not getting very much from Michael himself. Please do more episodes without Christiana.

Finally, someone as intelligent as Ruha Benjamin and the lovely hosts, discussing education deeply! We need to shift our attention towards kids and schooling! This podcast is GOLD. Trevor and Christiana bring on fascinating hosts and connect the dots with such grace.
