    Really like your content but society podcast was not realistic
    Hey Emily - love your content and your hormone recommendations. However, I don’t disagree but I feel like some tips/opinions could be a little open minded (but depends on what you want with your business + growth!) Here’s my feedback: Nontoxic items and organic food are really expensive. I get that being a mother and also a women climbing up the ladder isn’t super favorable. But for some women, it’s their only choice. Not every woman has an option to rely on their spouse because they might have left them due to abuse reasons. Not every woman has the privilege to take a step back in their career so that they can focus on their children Instead of saying, it’s not good for women to do both career and child development - talk about what they can do: -Meal Prep on Weekends -Outsource and Split Responsibilities with Spouse -Take walking breaks during work -Breathwork when dealing with something stressful -Taking advantage of PTO and taking 2-3 days off a month -Getting therapy and understanding full health insurance benefits It’s great that you have also achieved amazing weight and body image. But also think of the women that get bullied every single day for their body and face issues in dating because of their body image. Weight loss makes them feel good and confident, being lean is a privilege (take a look at the circle of privilege and you’ll understand) I’m not saying you’re incorrect, I’m saying take a step back and talk to women with different privileges than you. (and different races!) Health is incredibly privileged and expensive, what you’re doing is helping many women. But what if you could help more? :)

    Thanks for sharing all your knowledge surrounding hormones and wellness in general. I’m older, but am still loving this info and find it relevant no matter your age. I love the way you talk about topics as if we are chatting and just hanging out. I’ve shared your page with my daughter, excited for her to learn and be more in tune with her body than I was in my 20’s.

    So so enjoyable with great information!! However, coming from a medical student, some of the science is incorrect/pseudo-science (I am a huge fan of functional medicine, so don’t assume I’m a product of the big pharmacy American medical system). Still adore this podcast, though! The information that matters is correct!

For so many years I’ve struggled with health issues and doctors telling me that my only answer was medication and birth control!     You will not be disappointed! I started following Emily a few months ago after I heard her on another podcast. I’m so happy she made a podcast herself. I’ve learned so much (more than I’ve ever learned in any health class). The education she provides on Instagram and podcast have helped me reduce pain, bloating and digestive issues I’ve had for years. She is personable and relatable! She’s so good I’ve shared her podcast and page to tons of friends and my husband will even listen with me. Always looking forward to the next episode!

    I’ve yo-yo dieted since high school and am currently the heaviest and most miserable I’ve ever been. However since implementing a few of Emily’s tips my energy has gone up drastically! I hope to keep utilizing her methods for weight loss and overall health. Her knowledge is a gold mine!!

    Such wonderful information!! I follow Emily on IG and I love the content, but this enables me to find exactly what I’m looking for quickly. She explains things well - enough detail I don’t have to go research everything but still digestible! Grab some paper to take some notes if it’s a topic you’re really interested in because she truly shares a lot!

    I started following Emily in January when I was having issues with my periods - upon just following her advice of eating within an hour of waking up and not having coffee on an empty stomach my periods became regular for what seemed like the first time! I am completely hooked and love her explanations! She is amazing and truly giving women the tools needed to empower them to understand the complexity of our hormones!

    I love this podcast in so many ways. I really appreciate how well structured and organized it is, Emily presents the information in an easily accessible way and highlights what is relevant for our everyday lives. For this reason, my takeaway from each podcast is huge and implementing what I learn into my routine just kind of happens - it’s hard not to use the knowledge she shares! I’m especially excited to hear someone finally putting the hard work into sharing how our cycles are not a curse and actually another one of the amazing aspect of being a woman. Really great podcast and my current favorite…I never rate and review podcasts so this is saying something - give it a listen!

    I have been following Emily on instagram and so excited she started this podcast! Her about me episode i felt like she was my younger sister talking to me. the information she shares is easy to understand, she makes you excited to hear about it and episodes are fairly short. Excited for more episodes to come on Episode 5 binged all this morning! Especially for the younger women you need to listen so you can feel better sooner! I’m 33 and wish i knew this all sooner.
