Kate Flick’s Heal Here podcast offers a great opportunity to dive into a multitude of conversations you maybe having in your own mind or with friends in your “Healing Circle”. Reiki is just the tip of the totem in her well organized and thoughtful podcast. Not a lot chit chat as she is solo but the topics she brings to the surface allows you to have those conversations with yourself as she guides your thoughts. A gift, for certain. The podcast starts off with a song with typically all know from Spirit; Always aligning with the message that will be highlighted. (My favorite part!).
