    Healthy minds
It's so good to have an outlet. I'm a typical man who has a tendency to keep his thoughts and feelings to himself and this feels like a kind voice in my head that encourages me to be better and ask for help.

    Benefiting us all
Season 3 has been fantastic. A serious, but accessible, discussion of challenging topics with plenty of (needed) lighthearted moments. I hope more people find this podcast. We all benefit from discussions like this.

    A breath of fresh air
This funny and insightful program is a breath of fresh air in the often stale field of mental health. The hosts use a blend of humour and self-reflection to help listeners gain insight and understanding into complex topics. Ending each show with tangible and simple skills that individuals can apply to their everyday lives. I think this is a must listen to for anyone who has questions about mental health or how address, handle, and understand someone else’s struggle!

    Beautifully Human Psychobabble
Super helpful pearls of wisdom in a delightfully irreverent conversation. It’s a great work-commute listen, and is peppered with just enough F bombs to confirm you wish you were friends with these shrinks IRL.

    So great!
I’m a mental health therapist, and I was often reprimanded by former supervisors of my presence of humor in the field. These ladies make me feel validated as a clinician, and also offer great information! Would love to just sit down with the two of them over a cocktail! 🥃

It’s like you’re in the room chatting with them
These girls just know exactly what to say! As a millennial myself, I feel like I’m in the room talking to them. They are so relatable, and while they bring up serious problems and things to consider, they do it in a light-hearted way that makes it super easy to listen to. I leave each episode laughing out loud but also thinking, wow I actually have some tools to use in my own life!

    Bedside manner
I tend to listen to this one at night right before bed. These shrinks have a way of relaxing my ADHD mind long enough for me to hear their excellent message. I enjoy how relatable the shrinks are. they seem to speak from their hearts and laugh at their own experiences. Highly recommend giving them a listen. I can't wait for next week :)
