Dan is really the goat of lacrosse media. I listen to and enjoy a lot of lacrosse podcasts but if you want the best genuine coverage of the sport this is the pod. (His new one with Donny The College Lacrosse Show is also great.)

Thoughtful, insightful, and quality show with an incredible amount of research and preparation put into each episode. Lacks the stereotypical lax bro machismo act and just focuses on the beauty of the medicine game in all forms (field, box, college, pro, women’s etc).
