I’ve played one game of DnD and it wasn’t all that exciting. And then I listened to Critical Role, and watched Vox Machina. And at some point I wondered if they would ever make a Star Wars version of DnD. Thank the Force! THIS IS THE WAY!!!! I listen to Dark Side Divas regularly and they’d always mention this podcast on the side. Finally, I decided to give it a listen. The story is great, the characters are on point. It is so immersive for me as a listener!!!! Chris and the crew do a wonderful job making it feel like we’re all playing. Love this podcast! May the force be with you! ~Lurch

Started this knowing nothing about ttrpg and a ton about Star Wars, and it has become one of my favorite podcasts ever! I’m listening to it nonstop to try and catch up, (had to take a break for a day after finishing season 1, it hurt me) and I love all of these characters so so much (Wynne is my absolute favorite I am obsessed with them) Every fan of the High Republic needs to listen to this, it’s the best ever.

This show has been instrumental in my goal to learn to play dnd. Not having to learn new lore because I am already immersed in SW lore made it so much easier to comprehend game mechanics. To top it off, I have fallen in love with the characters aboard the Squonk and with the story Chris (GM) is telling. Cannot recommend enough!

If you want a fun actual play podcast with lovable characters, chaos, plenty of laughs, and heartbreaking moments which make up why Star Wars is so good, this is the show for you!

Absolutely love this podcast. Followed Chris here from his other two podcasts and I’m glad I did. The players and their characters are a wonderful, quirky assortment that mesh well, Chris sounds like a great GM/DM/Game Operations Director, and every moment reminds me of countless nights spent rolling dice with friends. If you crave Star Wars, tabletop rpgs, and/or a delightful group of fellow queer folk just having fun, this is the podcast to listen to. I do have a question for Chris and the group: I’ve looked high and low for the discord group for the show. It doesn’t show up when searching on discord, on the Twitter feed, or anywhere on Apple Podcasts (or I’m just dropping 1’s right and left when I roll Investigation). Has it been discontinued, or is the Force just not with me? Take care y’all, and may the Force be with you…always.

Would be better if it has some spicy Stellan/Geode scenes.

SUCH a fun podcast. The way the hosts get into character makes it so engaging! Chris is a great DM, breaking up the story into episodes really well and keeping it engaging and exciting - especially when ending on cliff-hangers! GREAT energy, lots of fun! As a fan of Star Wars, and especially The High Republic, this is a must-listen!
