Absolutely love this podcast and look forward to it every Saturday. Stacey and Rick have taught me so much about plants. My day part is “Plants on Trial”. Keep up the great show and I will be listening.

I love all the different plant descriptions and details. I don’t love that they have a money tree ad sponsorship. Please Promote plants not detrimental loan policies. It’s contradictory to their message of plant positivity and helping the ecosystem. Money Tree is like a sap sucking pest..once they get a hold of you it’s very hard to get free. Don’t let your listeners get infested. Take care of your listeners so they can take care of more plants. It’s all related… Thank you.

I listened to an episode where the hosts were dismissive of native plant gardeners. One particularly offensive comment they made is that native plant gardeners can’t articulate why they garden with native plants. Don’t be jerks. Those of us who garden with natives are not idiots, and we are perfectly capable of expressing ourselves. PW sells mostly non-native plants, and the hosts seem to have an agenda of poo-pooing natives. Your bias is showing….

Wonderful realistic advice and tips

This is so helpful! I love the information, the knowledge and the hosts have a great chemistry! The first few episodes I groaned at the pins and dad jokes, but common. Who doesn’t love a good planting pun? The hosts are so knowledgeable and the information is useful for every area. I love that they point out this plant is great in this growing zone, maybe not so great in this one. Recently there was a lot of info on which plants can be moved if you redesign your yard and this one is a stay put plant. I love it all. Thank you!
