I don’t typically give 1 star reviews but I felt compelled to do so for this terrible podcast. I can go on and on and be ridiculously cruel about all the reasons this is bad, but I’m not going to waste my time on this review, like you shouldn’t waste your time on the podcast.

Ms. Adams’ love of sports is infectious. This podcast is always fun and upbeat, and sassy!

Up and Adams is must see! Tons of knowledge and personality covering the sport. Happy to see her succeeding and enjoying life!
