As a neuroscientist, I rarely find content that blends science with the sacred, but this does exactly that on deeper levels of consciousness. Alexa eloquently explains energy and science in ways that make me a believer. I will say this is mystical yet grounded, evidence-based soul food. I’ve manifested quite a few things since finding this gem.

This podcast is truly transforming. I love her understanding of neuroscience along with a very divine human touch. She fills in the gaps on how to do the real transformational work to become whoever it is that you want to. This is definitely a feel good podcast, but will really touch you on a soul level. Alexa speaks a lot on facing the deeper parts of us that we fail to face that allows into our dreams being a real integration of our higher selves. This is the real stuff that often gets overpassed because everyone wants to talk about the creation in this reality , however it’s the real inner change that needs to happen on a vibrational level to align yourself with those opportunities. Listening to her is a spiritual experience. I hope to see her continue to touch people across the world. This is not common knowledge and holding this awareness on how to really face yourself (your shadows and the things holding you back or keeping you comfortable in unhealthy ways) makes life worth living .

I’m obsessed with everything about the later episodes, I can hear the growth in your voice and message. But the audio is a bit unstable. Fix that and I swear you’re the next Louise Hay or something. Like, no question.

I like the content but can’t stand the forced whispery voice

The information that you share on this podcast is truly amazing and I am not trying to come off as a hater, but your voice has definitely changed and it’s so hard for me to pay attention to the information because it feels forced. I know you’re in your feminine energyand I get it but it’s getting really hard to take in the information

Content is great - only thing is that you talk really low and I legit can not hear you on some episodes.

My God this podcast is magical. The host is the embodiment of everything she discusses and the content penetrates your soul. Rose is a triple threat of a woman and has truly changed my life. When i first listened I was certainly triggered by many different things, but I know that’s a part of my process. Warning: If you may be lacking feminine energy, this podcast will trigger you, but it will change your life.

I first started listening because I needed something new and I find interest in feminine/masculine energy dynamics. At first, it was very difficult for me to listen- felt like my mind and body were physically rejecting this practice. A little at a time, my mind and body craved more of this practice, I crave listening, and I feel like I have tapped into my feminine energy without even trying. If you are a woman whose nervous system is operating from a very controlling, stressful, masculine place, I 100% recommend this podcast. Although it may be hard at first, that in itself is very telling!

Just stop with the forced voice

Her voice, her energy, her wisdom and how she explains everything is almost perfect. I love this podcast and would recommend to anyone who is trying to tap into their feminine side!!! 💕💕💕💕

I can’t begin to express how grateful I am for this podcast. Rose is such an amazing inspiration of a strong, passionate person that goes after her desires and shapes other people’s lives. My life has done a complete 180 since applying her advice. I have experienced a decrease in negative thoughts, depressive tendencies and laziness/procrastination. Every time I listen I feel inspired and uplifted, with an overwhelming urge to be the best version of myself I can be. Rose, thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your story. I stumbled upon this podcast at such a dark time in my life. I was depressed and felt like I was drowning for such a long time. This podcast started playing randomly after another one of my podcasts had ended and I began listening to her, religiously, until there were no more episodes left.
