Where else would I get all the news about Shakey’s and The Hub?

I only started listening to Tokyoscope a few weeks ago, but have already listened to every episode of their back catalogue. I find both host extremely knowledgeable, and funny while keeping us up to date on Japanese pop culture. As a person who’s life long dream is to one day visit Japan, I really appreciate hearing about it through my headphones every week.

This review was written after the release of episode 5. This show is only 5 episodes in and I’m already a huge fan of this podcast. Cohosts Patrick and Matt have an entertaining and engaging rapport, and build off each other’s comments seamlessly. The hosts do a fantastic job of not only covering topics on Japanese pop culture and current events, but providing important cultural and historical context as well.
