So- I LOVE this show. I went to film school ( disclosure) so I do understand some of the negative feedback they give. I feel like it’s a little too negative considering the scoop of the show trying to fit the scoop of the books. I have watched many shows that I’ve also read the series and I think Wheel of time actually does a really great job, especially season 2 &3. I do understand some of the continuity things and gripes they bring up- but honestly, you suspend those in favor of making a good show. I think wheel of time has done that. It’s actually my first Prime show that I thought was actually spectacular and it just keeps getting better. So maybe less negativity and more gratitude would have me hooked. I like they are knowledgeable and involved in the story. I’ll listen to another episode or 2 and hopefully it will change my mind. Overall- they are very knowledgeable and work hard and if you like cynicism and thought out criticism this is well done

Veronica and Greg area great podcasting pair; listening to their coverage has not only helped me keep track of the many (many many!) characters and settings in this series, it has helped me enjoy the show more than I otherwise would. I especially appreciate the 3 questions Veronica (a non-book reader) asks of Greg (a very knowledgeable book-reader) to start each podcast. That part of the discussion gives a lot of depth without a lot of spoilers for non-book readers like me.

This pod is the perfect pairing for this show. I enjoy the show but didn’t read the books. I could like the show without the podcast, but there are a few things in the show that need extra explaining which improves the befall experience. Greg, Ben, and other hosts have done a great job! Thanks guys for all your work to put out a weekly pod to go with each season. I’ll be tuning in again when season 3 is out.

This kind of wide ranging fantasy show is really perfect for podcasting. There are so many details and characters! Greg has clearly read the books numerous times as he answers all the questions. Veronica is a nice addition. I enjoyed Ben and Wendy in season 1, but V is filling their shoes really well.

I’ve been waiting for the return of this podcast all year! I heart Greg, but where are Ben and Wendy?!?!??? Not happy.

Such a great podcast for a dark, twisty, and deep show. Cannot wait for season two.
