I am glad season 2 is here. Very entertaining and super educational. I feel like I need to take notes to remember everything. Luckily, I can listen again. Don’t know if I have enough space in my yard to plant everything I would like to.

I love this concept and that native plants are highlighted in short format. They present the information in a fun and entertaining way. I love learning about native plants and different ways to add to the landscape.

I am very happy that this is back for a second season! I love the information that is packed into a short amount of time and Tom & Fran make me laugh (in a good way). Also, this podcast led me to Native Plants, Healthy Planet which is also great. Danny

I love this podcast as I learn more about native plants! Please make more episodes! I also listen to Native Plants Healthy Planet, but tend to zone out when listening to that show until you are discussing specific native plants, native plant design, support of other native species, or other native specific things or actions. I’m in Southwestern PA, but there’s a lot of overlap in species in our regions. Different ecotypes, a great topic that should be covered in both podcasts if you haven’t already.

As someone who loves ecological gardening, I was excited to come across this podcast. I especially appreciate when you discuss the plants’ benefits to wildlife. I listen to and enjoy your podcasts. Learning about one plant at a time helps me to remember important details—like potential height and propensity to sucker. The question and answer, discussion, and find the untrue ‘fact’ at the end keeps each program moving well and has me thinking the whole time. I especially like the answers you give to “would you plant it in your yard?” Keep them coming!

I am a big fan of Native Plants Healthy Planet and am thrilled with the addition of this podcast. I enjoy guessing along each day. This is a great outlet for all of my geeking out on native plants. This is my kind of trivia. I’ll agree with others on the downside, how do we find places to plant all of these great plants?

I’ve been a fan of Native Plant Healthy Planet podcast since I came across it about a year and a half ago and binge watched every episode. Tom and Fran are fun to listen to and they’re very informative.

AND informative! I love the easy back and forth between Tom and Fran. I am increasing my vocabulary of native plants as well as botanical terminology. Also, underlying theme: right plant, right place! And, of course, keep it native.
