    Juniper Episode
I’m new to botany, but I’m not as new to mead or wine. I’m not very sophisticated with wine and mead, either. The juniper episode, where your guest was brewing mead in a caldron over a fire in the snow… That’s not how making mead works. You let her know you were a bee keeper and a mead maker. You should have had her explain this. Did she mean she took mead, put that into her caldron and then placed juniper in it to diffuse the aroma and flavor? I like accuracy and specificity. Use of phrases like “witchy” turns me off. I didn’t really like this conversation. It would be better to have a monologue than a bad interview with a dingbat.

    Great content loud chime
I like the content but the loud high pitched chime sound is really grating on the ears especially in earbuds.
