It’s fun to learn about the history of Japanese cuisine, one of the many, amazing aspects of Japanese culture. Who knew that the history of tea culture went back 5000 years. 色々な食べ物の情報や昔どう食べていたか、使い方などを説明するのかと思っていたら、壮大な国家形成や経済、歴史の話に。。。情報量に感心しています。　面白い！　教科書で読んだ歴史の出来事にどれだけ食糧問題がからんでいたのか、勉強になります。すごいエネルギーでお調べになっているようなので、ガス切れされないように細く長く続けてほしいです。楽しみに聴いています。
