    A must listen
I am so glad I discovered this podcast a couple years ago. It's a great listen when trying to navigate all the ups and downs of your 20s. It also helps to know that you aren't the only one going through or having the thoughts you are having. Helps put your mind at ease and helps change your perspective. 20/10 stars

This podcast is so comforting and wonderful. I love that it covers such a variety of topics, and there’s clearly so much care and intention put into every episode. My new favorite, I feel like I’m hearing well thought out advice from a big sister

    Episode Suggestion
First off I just wanna say thank you so much for putting your time and effort into this podcast. It has helped me immensely get through some of the hardest times of my 20s. If you haven’t already, I would love to see an episode on the behavior of attention seeking and maybe where it stems from possibly childhood? Again, I appreciate you more than you know from halfway across the world and thank you.❤️

    My new favorite workout buddy
I just wanted to come on here and say thank you! I’m a relatively new listener but I’ve been listening to the podcast during workouts and it’s been a HUGE help. I just listened to the episode on making tough decisions, and it really spoke to me in a lot of ways; I’m making a big decision right now to potentially take a summer job across the country and there were so many helpful tips and tools in the podcast. Jemma is also just a very empathetic and supportive soul who really brings the whole podcast together. Keep doing what you’re doing- it’s making a big impact ❤️

    I need to hear more
Hi Jemma! I just wanted to tell you that this was the very first podcast I’ve ever listened to (I’ll be 27 in April, so -shocking, I know) and I am definitely going to tune in for more. The episode where you speak about hobbies is so inspiring, and I think it may be a bit ironic that I’ve been saying for weeks now that I want to get into listening to podcasts, and here we are — I got in and buckled up, but you’re the one driving this car, so thank you! (:

    My favorite!
I’ve been watching this podcast for a a couple of months now and it is by far my favorite. It started off as an experiment with podcasts while walking my dog because I’ve never been into them, and is now frequently apart of my weekly routine. I never thought I would gain this much insight and clarity, and feel like Jemma covers so many important life topics. Literally everything you can think of lol. This show has become one of my favorite parts of my routine and I would highly recommend as I believe everyone could take something beneficial from it and apply it to their life. I will definitely be revisiting episodes from time to time and accepting Jemma’s advice and taught principles with grace as I tackle my 20s!

  • Jammer1230
    Reassuring & validating & eye-opening
I didn’t think I’d become a podcast person, but I’ve been on a search for ones about overthinking, and just speakers who also spoke about topics that resonated with me. It was hard to find, but I came across this one, and I’m so grateful for it. I’ve only heard a couple episodes, but all have been super helpful and I don’t feel alone. Really enjoying this podcast show so far and can’t wait to listen to more 🫶🏼. Also, you can feel through the episodes that Jemma is genuine and really cares about what she talks about 🥰.

    So helpful
Honestly I started listening to you about three days ago and I’ve already listened to about 15 of your episodes. Listen to it in the car instead of music now and honestly has helped me this week so much! Many realizations and started to view things differently, it really helps hearing it come from someone else and out facts into it :) keep them coming haha. Have you thought about doing a podcast about taking a break in relationships? Separating for self improvement even though you love that person

    Relatable Podcast With Helpful Info
Being in your twenties in this day and age is so different from past generations. We deal with the same challenges as all have, but with a modern world over our shoulders. Jemma has such a soothing voice to listen to. She brings helpful and practical information with reliable sources and studies. And with all of that aside, it’s just nice to know someone out there is relating and we’re all in the same boat :)

Whenever I scroll through her episodes there’s always one that fits what I need to hear, and often she uploads the one I needed very timely. I appreciate her dedication to her authenticity. Her calming voice and comfortable pace feels like a friend giving you a pat on the back of encouragement. I really adore her and am thankful for the helpful tips and insights she generously shares. My Go To
Thank you so much for your time and efforts in building this podcast for us! I absolutely LOOOVVEEE your content. Although I am in my 30s so much of what you say resonates with me and helps me reflect in areas to reframe and rebuild on. I’ve now search episodes to listen to rather than easily choosing “my mix tape” on You Tube Music. As a therapist myself, I listen and share many of your episodes and wish you much success. Thank you again you’re doing an amazing job!!!

The recent episode about the fear of being perceived have been an eye opener because I really do have a fear of being judged and perceived by others. Thank you so much for making these episodes!

This podcast makes me feel normal!
I love how this podcast touches on a lot of taboo subjects that are sometimes hard to talk/learn about. It’s nice to know that these are normal things to feel and go through as a young adult. I found this podcast this week and have already listened to 5+ episodes, can’t wait to keep listening !!

    Best Mental Health Podcast!!
After dealing with depression for a decade and recently having a panic attack. I searched for a few weeks to find a podcast that actually helped. This is one of a kind. A lot of content on here and I almost quit searching altogether. Very overwhelming to sort though everything but I found the gold. My mood has improved tremendously.
