llppp819AwesomeI love Casey and Calley Means. I think they have a good book and so well informed. I can’t stand Robert Lustig and immediately turn off if he’s on. I wish they’d remove him from the line up.

ktwlksLife changing information!!!!!This is truly life-changing information. I’ve been listening for months after reading Casey’s book. I’ve been wearing a continued glucose monitor and can absolutely confirm that this info and hacks have completely OPTIMIZED my blood sugar. And blood sugar is something I had never cared about or monitored in the past because my bloodwork has always been “normal” but after actually monitoring it, my blood sugar spikes were a mess!!! But not anymore. Thank you!!!

Vermilion on the LakeVery poor use of the English languageI really tried to listen to this episode but the person doing the interview destroyed my interest by continuing to use the word “like”. Someone needs to talk to this person. I’m guessing she used the word “like” over 200 times. It’s very hard to listen. It’s a fascinating topic and I love the guest but it’s as though she’s “scratching a chalk board” with me. There was one time when; I think, she said “like” four times in one sentence. I really struggled to get to the end of the episode and really feel as though I lost the message because of this abuse of the English language.

Timo1234625638Confusing and ContradictoryOne person will come on and preach the carnivore diet and talk down vegetables and nuts, and then another will say we need 50 grams of fiber. Their content swings, but one thing is consistent. Their views are EXTREME.

Richard FliehrLove the podcast and the productA red pill (no political connotation intended) for how you see your health. Once you learn how much what you eat, sleep, and do affects everything in your life and how our society has evolved to push you into those bad choices, you won’t be able to unsee it. Listen to the stories and cases of people who have changed their lives and learn how to take control of yours.

Cet2016!!Totally lost me with the wacko grifter brotherIt’s pretty disturbing that the chief medical officer for this company has fully aligned with her wacko brother who is pushing dangerous conspiracy theories without any formal medical or science education. Applauding RFK Jr.?? Definitely getting real grifter vibes from this guy. I used to really enjoy the content of this podcast, but they totally lost me here.
