I am a 15 year esthetician and finally opened my own business in 2022. I was hoping you could tackle a question I’ve been pondering; do we ever really make a profit on retail when we use keystone pricing? If we turn around and spend the profit we made on buying another product to replace it on the shelf, aren’t we always treading water? I’d love your feedback on this! I first “met” Ashley Curtis through the Bosses in Beauty course a few months ago. Her coaching calls inspired me and I listened to them again and again. After finding out she had her own podcast, I instantly knew I would be hooked. Ashley is a wealth of information in both the practical parts of being an esthetician, but also the business side of things (equally important!) As a solo esti - I am grateful to have found her and have loved leaning on her knowledge. I can’t wait to learn more 💛

I’ve never really been able to get into podcasts before but once I came across the goodskin podcast I was so amazed. First off she has the voice of an angel, it’s so soothing, and all of the wealth of information she shares is so amazing. My favorite podcast is the one with Natali. SO much goodness in it. It’s easy to relate to the conversations in the episodes and walk away in a more cheerful and encouraged mood.
