good relatable content, the stories are great and I like the fact you have the perspective of the techs, advisors and warranty clerk as well. Your clerk sounds like a absolute fox btw😂 also really dig your attitude about the work ethic and moral standards that a decent tech should have. I’ve got 6 years with Ford now, and have progressed to becoming a trans tech with the attitude and skills with the pen you’ve discussed. A lot of guys could learn from it. Also think layman mildly interested could gain a ton of insight to the going’s on and day to day struggles we face in the industry.
