    Love this podcast and Jessika!
    Can I just say that I should have wrote this sooner as I’ve been listening a long time! I love that she talks about her dog. I relate :) I’ve owned a nutrition business for 13 years. After paying off $100k in student loans I looked into going back to school for my RD. Finding out I’d have to pay $60k more essentially to retake loads of classes that had nothing to do with nutrition just to take 6 nutrition classes, get my Master’s and take the test I went through a battle over and over to ultimately decide I’m not doing it. SO that started my deep dive into learning about nutrition on my own more in depth than I ever have in my life. I stumbled upon this podcast and religiously listen each week. Everything I’ve ever believed, learned and used with clients is dead spot on to what Jessika teaches. She’s fun, funny and relatable! Thank you for the value you add and I can’t wait to see what happens next month! :) Proud with you for your next chapter and what’s to come!

    I recently found this podcast and I’ve been listening through from the beginning. I’ve skipped an episode here and there, but I have listened to almost all of them and I am so hooked. Jess is so fun and personable and listening in feels like hanging out with a kind and supportive friend. I am going to be so disappointed when I am caught up and I don’t have episodes to tune into daily. She had so many helpful tips and tricks and overall helps me shift my perspective. I feel stronger and healthier because of some of the things I have implemented from her podcast, and my journey to self love has become much more of a priority. I can’t rave enough about it… I adore this podcast!

    Shame free encouragement
    I have a similar story to many women out there, the struggle of body image, diet culture, disordered eating is so common. My “health” journey involves massive emotional weight gain, an ex who “only was attracted to skinny people”, laser assisted liposuction paid for by previously mentioned ex, weight loss, having a baby, more weight loss, being skinny but not strong, and now struggling hard with re-gain. It’s been worse mentally this time around and I’m so thankful to have this podcast to listen to. Even on my worst days, I can turn this on and not feel shame even if I just ate a whole bag of skittles 🫣🤣 Thanks Jess.

    Love the explanation between discipline and rigidity! So often I think focused, but because I tend to focus on “all in or nothing” I end up failing mid week, or towards the end of the week, and then my whole weekend is kaput- or month. I get into the mindset of starting again on Monday, if mid month comes, and I failed more than once or twice then I figure I’ll start the next month. So I get it!

    Hi Jess. It’s Renee, Stef’s mom. About three weeks ago I started using the macro numbers you calculated for me the night we 3 had dinner. I was under eating for weeks trying to lose the 10 pounds I’d gained because my thyroid meds went wonky. Stef looked at my macros one day and told me I was starving myself! 🥹 Within one week of following your macro plan for me I felt so much better! My trainer said what the heck! Look how strong you are all of a sudden! My energy is better-I’m not going to sleep by 7 o’clock at night. And at Stefanie‘s suggestion AND Your podcast that talks about the scale, I have not weighed myself in weeks. I do not believe I’ve gained any weight and I’m not sure I’ve lost any either. But it’s still a win for me just because I feel so much better! Clearheaded, able to function better. Anyway thank you, Jess and I love your podcast❤️

    Every time I listen to Jess’ podcast, I feel better about myself. I started my weight loss journey about three years ago after having four babies. I lost about 70 lbs., yet still, I’ve never been happy with my body. I’m learning that I’m not built to be skinny, and I probably won’t have the body I’ve always dreamed of (thank you, genetics!), but I’m learning to be comfortable in my skin thanks to Jess!
