geezfoolsHour long advertisementsDecided to give this podcast a listen. Landed on the episode about air quality. I live in an old house and have a couple of Winix air purifiers. This ended up being an hour long episode with a couple notes that mold and cooking is bad for you, and this $1200 jaspr air purifiers will fix everything. Literally nothing about things you can actually do to change your environment at home besides cook outside don’t use bleach on mold and buy 2-3 jasprs for your home. I’ll look for another episode to try, but I’m not hopeful. This was just too blatantly shill tactics…

-
jillmickelson08So helpfulOne of the few experts in biohacking who doesn’t constantly feel the need to interrupt whoever they are interviewing to insert their own thoughts. I love how she allows them to speak. Thank you!
-

BAR#8My new favorite health podcastLots of great information. Love Nat.

PiacaciVery interesting how our minds workThis was very interesting. I agree that we need to find a doctor that listen and doesn’t give meds first, who listens and looks for alternative ways to feel better. Well, this is easier said than done. I have tried but have not found one that takes my insurance and has natural heeling as a first option.
-
tslytGreat Info!Just listened for the first time. Very impressed with the down to earth talk on wellness. Thanks!
-
Deb #3Great information!I so enjoy your podcast! Do you think you could do a review on C60, NMN, Fatty 15, Methylene blue, Spermidine and how to know when you are taking too much of these products and how they interact with one another. You mentioned in your recent podcast that too much “mitochondrial house-keeping” is not a good thing - how do you know when to back off?? Thank you!

K Trosk1 of the MOST informative health podcastsEvery time I listen to Nathalie alone or with one of her guests, I learn something new, and I am a Traditional Medicine practitioner. With so much information out there, I need to use my time wisely to help my patients, family & self. Nathalie is cutting edge with new ideas that are also evidence based.

JRoselandReady to ditch feeling like a regular human?Dive into Biohacking Superhuman Performance with Nathalie Niddam. This podcast is like a cheat code for your health. Nathalie, a mastermind in biohacking, peptides, and epigenetics (basically, your body's instruction manual), cracks the code on optimizing your well-being. Worried it's all jargon? Fear not, Nathalie explains it all in a way that's both informative and entertaining. Plus, her focus on mindset keeps you from getting lost in the science. By the end of an episode, you'll be ready to ditch your cape and take flight... towards superhuman performance, that is.

alongcomesmaryVital listen for research-based healingThis podcast, and it's online group has been a game changer in the way I understand my own health and healing journey. Nat's passion shines through, she asks great questions to her guests. I have learned so much about peptides! This is research-based and cutting edge. If you are tired of navigating the western, allopathic dead-ends and want to take charge of your health this is a must-listen!

zzzmmnbgWildly InformativeI am new to the bio hacking circles and am obsessed. The information shared on these podcasts is life changing and gives me hope for a better future. I am utterly disgusted over the suffering I endured for so many years because my doctor, general practitioner and OBGYN, dismissed my symptoms, arguing that I had not begun peri menopause at 46 yrs old. I know my body very well and knew it was changing. I had brain fog, chronic fatigue, night sweats, hot flashes, awful sleep patterns, poor mood. My anxiety was through the roof, my immune system always felt compromised, I was gaining weight by the day, and cellulite had taken over my stomach and thighs:/ I’m 53, still suffering, but finally feel validated. I’m learning more about the importance of hormones and how to articulate the information to my doctor. I had knowledge about detoxing and maintaining a healthy gut but now feel more confident in how to manage it. I am incredibly hopeful and well on my way to a brighter healthier lifestyle. Thank you!
-
Stem-fan 53One big infomercialI’m waiting for an interview where they aren’t doing a hard sell. Other podcasts at least alternate. The content isn’t bad but the selling and pumping products is a turn off
-
Jules/AustinA wealth of informationI enjoy learning from Natalie and her interesting guests. Thank you for the ep with Karen about hormones. I’ve never felt so seen! Great, knowledgeable, helpful. I appreciate you so!
-

I just love her style, and if you’re watching her on YouTube, she’s also beautiful!! Thanks for all you do Nat!!
-
MgallioInspirationI have learned so much from Nat’s podcasts, she is a talented interviewer and makes learning about these complex topics very easy to follow. As a board certified health coach and integrative nutritionist I really appreciate her insights and recommendations, especially in the world of Peptides and Bioregulators!
-
pearlehereAmazing!I was fortunate to be a guest on this podcast earlier this year about mold and indoor air quality, and what a pleasure it was. Nat is a kind and gracious host, who asks all the right questions. She’s also a wealth of knowledge in her own right. The next time we do a podcast, I should be the one interviewing her! Highly recommended.
-

Jacob NATExcellent PodcastThis is one of my favorite Biohacking podcasts. I’ve been Biohacking for about 10 years now, and I feel like this podcast appeals really well to both beginners and those more versed in this world. Nathalie provides a good balance between conceptual/scientific and practical/actionable discussion. She’s also really good at interviewing. Coming from a background in sales and journalism, I understand how much of a craft interviewing is and how to dive deep into the information/story people hold within them, and Nathalie does a super job with this aspect. She also comes across as very genuine in her pursuit for health/wellness/Biohacking material and you can tell that she didn’t create the podcast to be the star of the show, like other podcasters do. One million stars from me!
-
DeeDeeLeeTexasGreat alt health info for everyone, not just superhumansThis is my new favorite alt-health podcast, and I’m a podcast junkie. Nathalie Niddam is super smart and fun to listen to. Her outstanding guests deliver helpful information for everyone.
-
2bridesmomDrinking from fire hydrant !So much info hard to take in at one sitting but she is so great in helping decipher info and making it applicable! It’s now one of my regulars in the bio hacking space !
-
Janet&RichStellar Podcast! This podcast is truly extraordinary and has definitely become one of my absolute favorites to listen to. Nathalie is such a fantastic host - she is super smart and asks great questions of her guests to glean the most helpful information. She has a wonderful communication style and is fun to listen to and learn from. She is really on the cutting edge and she and her guests share a ton of useful information. I am definitely a big fan of Nathalie and her podcast and look forward to listening to all of the episodes.
-
FfnshsBleeding edge of biohackingSuch a wealth of information and insight. Nat is so relatable and asks all the question I would ask I were actually in the conversation. I cannot recommend this podcast enough, follow this podcast! Nat is on the bleeding edge of biohacking
-
BobbyandJanieEpisode 64A MUST for anyone interested in finding out the apparent mystery of hair growth put into focus..GREAT guests extremely well interviewed by NN!!!
-
Silian RailHost has almost zero education/knowledgeIf the constant interruptions of her guests wasn't enough to turn you away; if the incessant laughing at her own terrible jokes wasn't enough to turn you away; the host's profound lack of education/knowledge/intelligence is unforgiveable.
-
AlexysGreyMy Favorite Biohacking PocastLove Nathalie, the guests she has and the topics that she covers. There is a podcast for pretty much every biohacking topic you can think of. She’s honest with her opinion, but she also welcomes a variety of guest and ideas.
-
Happy Broadway galI guess I’m a biohacker now 🤷🏻♀️I’ve really been enjoying this podcast. So far I’ve added a few supplements that I learned about here and I feel great! The anti-aging and skin episodes had so much great advice I now use science-based products and I can actually see the difference in my skin. Thanks Nat for the type of guests you interview on your show. It’s been very fun to learn about biohacking.
-
BBWellnessMy Favorite PodcastLook forward to Nat’s weekly podcasts. She asks the questions that I would ask. Appreciate her focus on longevity. Many “bio hackers” are men and younger so it’s valuable that she is a mature (but biologically younger) woman. 💕👍
-
jonmaguire22Clueless about vaccinesI was listening to one of the podcast and they’re talking about getting the vaccines as a way to help with Covid. These guys are clueless when it comes to what’s going on in the world in the dangers of the Mrna in a shot. Lost all credibility
