    This is an amazing resource
As a rock and mineral lover of MANY years who has been trying and failing to get a good grasp on geology, THANK you for this podcast. As someone who has never had the opportunity to study geology or earth sciences in a classroom setting and has been relegated to self-directed research, I can safely say this is one of the most approachable and informative resources I have found. This is a thoroughly enjoyable, accessible podcast for anyone looking to get a basic knowledge of geology under their belt. You sharing your knowledge and love of this incredible field has enabled and inspired me to further my interest, do my own firld research, etc. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the new tools I have to do so - and how much I love listening to you geek out about geology. This show Rocks ;^) I hope there are more episodes to come in the future.

Editing would have made this much better
Probably this podcast is now lost, but it's a shame all that knowledge got lost for want of some editing. The audio issues are bad, but it's also much too long. If all the filler words (so, like, you know, and many others) were cut then a half an hour could have been recovered.

Great info, hard to listen to
I really like this show and all the interesting information it provides, but it's honestly a little hard to listen to because of the volume difference between Jane and Ellen. Not sure if it's a mic issue or their actual speaking volume but I'll have the volume up listening to Jane talk and then get blasted by Ellen laughing it commenting! Have your hand on the volume button to enjoy this one!

    Sound issues
They speak very softly and then laugh loudly into the microphone, it is very hard to listen to.

    Fantastic!!!
These ladies are so knowledgeable. I am really enjoying the episode centered geomorphology and I can’t wait to move on to volcanoes.

    Geology is the best science!!
Thank you for sharing the wonder that is geology! The explanations are wide-ranging, yet concise, and the presentations make the science of geology readily accessible to the listener. Love the use of non-jargon-y terms like referring to lithification as the ‘hot squish’. Keep up the great work, and looking forward to more episodes.
