I got turned on to this show by a friend and I have to admit it’s amazing. Paranormal and everything!

This review is long overdue. I discovered The Basement Hangout after stumbling on an episode about a subjective very personal to me. I was drawn to their unique approach at diving into and vetting this sensitive topic, despite all the controversy, the risks, and its subjective nature. They have an epic ability to ask all the right questions and vet detail in such a way that equips their listeners with the ability to make a well-rounded, informed opinion. The chemistry between those two is unmatched to any other hosts I’ve listened to on other podcasts - with a healthy balance of political correctness, mixed with ‘bust your chops’ quirkiness. I think it’s a great strategy for raising awareness to sensitive topics. Keep going guys! ~ Tracy

Loving it for real

Bob and Chad have a rare dynamic that makes this podcast funny and yet insightful. Some episodes are pure over the top hilarity and some are serious interviews. One episode they're making fun of politicians and the next they're breaking down the latest UFO news. And so on. I started listening recently because of a friend's recommendation and he was right. Now I'm going back to listen to all the past episodes.

Love the deep dive into these fringe topics. Chad and Bob have great energy and aren’t afraid to discuss what’s on their minds. I find this show easy to listen to and very entertaining.

Informative, funny, interesting with a large variety of topics…interviews with comedians, UFO seers, a Harvard Chairman of Astronomy and many many others. Each episode makes me laugh out loud as well as learn some fascinating facts. Keep it up, guys! Love it!

Great listen. Came across this the other day and haven’t stopped listening. Regular beer drinking guys talking about current events, life, and paranormal activities. This is the everyday persons podcast.

A comedy type podcast that’s also news, current events and paranormal? Somehow it works really well.

A friend suggested this show for laughter and some shock value, which it definitely has. But I was surprised that it’s also insightful. These guys keep the conversation flowy and fun.

Very cool podcast from 2 guys who ponder on topics like COVID, the homeless and tents of Venice Beach to the paranormal and UFOs. Throw in funny banter, beer tastings and the special effects voice machine - it’s a winner. Love it!

This is a great podcast! It is a fun listen and keeps you up to date on current events with commentary and comedy. Also love the beer tastings and recommendations from these two guys. Definitely one to add to your podcast listening schedule each week.
