WTB with Jen Brister, Maureen Younger and Allyson June Smith

Jen Brister, Maureen Younger and Allyson June Smith are Women Talking Bollocks. An irreverent magazine show with bracing, anarchic chat from three middle-aged, funny women tackling whatever takes their fancy from the world that week. Don't expect: chat about makeup, diets, and what the bloody Kardashians are doing. They don’t care. Do expect: cultural recommendations and daft tales from Maureen, problem sorting and fervent horror-movie love from Allyson, and TV recommendations and exasperated life ranting from Jen. Jen Who!!??
You guys did great whilst Jen was out jet setting. As long as I hear Maureen’s laugh I know the world will continue to turn. Sometimes badly, but it will turn

    Jen and Maureen are hilarious.
Allyson isn’t. I skip past her section of the podcast.

Do yourself a favor - have a listen to this Bollocks
Ever meet someone new and within minutes it was clear they are kindred spirits? Meet Jen, Allyson and Maureen! This podcast is equal parts hilarious, relatable and informative. Their weekly chats were a lifeline during the pandemic, and now that the pando is over (is it?) I’m still completely obsessed and can hardly wait for each episode to come out. Consider it a reward for making it through each week…treat yourself and tune in!

I’ve been a fan before they created this beauty
I live in America and have a special fondness (read obsession) with British comedians. I wait impatiently for every episode to drop and was bereft at the season break! Love you gals! Keep making me laugh. ♥️

    Very funny and warm
Funny, clever, warm and different. The ladies provide great recommendations for tv, movies and cultural events. They also host a really good advice segment. So glad I found this podcast. My only complaint is that I wish it was longer.

    I’m laughing from Texas
The accents sold me before I realised how funny these ladies were, although Maureen's laugh is reason enough to listen. They are a mess (in a good way) and like listening to friends. I look forward to each episode.

I wait all week for this!
I love this podcast. Three hilarious women talking about whatever happens to come up. The trio is perfectly matched and it is ALWAYS entertaining to listen. I just wish it were a daily podcast...I can hear Jen groan at the thought 😆. The world needs the laughs right now. Love you ladies, love your work. Thank you.

    Comic Chemistry
The comic chemistry of this trio is brilliant. The laugh-out-loud personality clash of Jen Brister and Maureen Younger is made even more hilarious by interlocutor, Allyson June Smith’s, assessment and input. A wide variety of topics are slayed by their irreverent reviews and opinions. Love this podcast!
