Kansas BrownMy fertility best friendsI began listening to FFF when my husband and I first started our TTC journey over 2 years ago. At first, I binged every single episode. Then, I anxiously awaited and played every new one as soon as it was released. Though we still haven’t conceived, and plan to move on to IVF within the next year, my husband and I have both made SO many lifestyle improvements thanks to the tips I’ve learned in the pod. If it weren’t for Caitlan and Sophia’s raw, honest (but tenderly-delivered) messages, I wouldn’t have known how to advocate for myself on this journey. Not to mention, listening to them makes me feel like I have 2 best friends who understand EXACTLY what I’m going through and know EXACTLY what to say to support me. I can’t thank you two enough! 💕

Rlb1954Has helped me so much!Food freedom and fertility podcast has helped me personally so much during my TTC journey. This show helped me learn about NaPro technology and find my NaPro doctor. This lead me to eventually have laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis. All crucial elements for my TTC journey and my hopes to conceive naturally! The show is relatable, thought provoking, and so filled with knowledge. Thanks for all you do!

KristenStrMy favorite podcast!Caitlin and Sofia have been key contributors on my journey of motherhood and TTC my second. Being faced with a recent diagnosis of PCOS and secondary infertility has been such a whirlwind along with figuring out motherhood. But with their help I’ve made so many changes to my physical lifestyle, emotional health and I know that when I do finally conceive a lot of it will be because of them. Their astronomical knowledge of fertility is so eye opening and they make me feel seen as a mother and someone struggling with infertility. When I turn them on it’s like I’m having coffee with the girls. so thank you Caitlin and Sofia!

going dowhill quicmlyLove this podcast BUT —Sophia you have to stop interrupting guests & Caitlin. It is so awkward to listen to! And just rude honestly 🥲 I appreciate that Caitlin talks through / over it now. Otherwise there is so much good in this podcast! Thanks ladies for all the great content. 🩷

SavGregoryLife changing podcast!I was suggested this podcast by a friend who knew I was having infertility and I am hooked! I have been recommending this to every women I know!!

shannonkcThe best fertility podcast!!Y’all are the best. I listen to a lot of podcasts as my husband and I have been walking through secondary infertility the last 1.5 years and I am newly diagnosed with PCOS. With a new diagnosis I have turned to millions of resources to try to turn this thing around and your podcast is the BEST ONE. Your approach to things is so balanced and sustainable and I leave each episode feeling encouraged, spurred on to make small changes and be patient on the journey rather than heart broken about where we’re at. Thank you for what you do. New loyal follower here! Y’all are also hilarious and I love your friendship, banter, and spiritual encouragement. Thank you!!

MNM$$$$$10/10So happy I stumbled upon this podcast. It has been so informative and I am learning so much that I failed to learn in basic science courses. As a fellow RD it helps me feel more equipped to help my own patients / clients and has been a blessing during my own fertility and pregnancy journey. I laugh out loud most episodes and they are the epitome of speaking truth WITH grace! Thanks for your work ladies!

isuperheartmypitbullSophia stop interrupting everyone!!!!I love this podcast but it’s so annoying when Sophia constantly interrupts her cohost and especially her guests! It makes me so uncomfortable to listen to that and she comes across as arrogant and rude which is awkward. It is very distracting too. I love Caitlin and feel bad for her (and their guests) because Sophia is always interrupting her. Sophia hopefully you can take this piece of constructive criticism and improve the podcast by cutting out the interruptions. Everything else about this podcast is great! Well except all the Jesus talk haha! Super knowledgeable hosts and good content. Minus one star for Sophia cutting off her cohost and guests and for having to skip through all the Jesus talk but that’s my problem, it’s their podcast and they can praise the Lawd all they want. I simply personally do not like it and choose to skip through those parts which is a bit annoying but that’s their prerogative!

lpt1881Biggest fanMy most listened to podcast of 2023/2024. Not only did this podcast help me when trying to conceive, but it started my journey into exploring functional nutrition. As a fellow RD I appreciate the wealth of information they are sharing with the world. This is so so needed! Listening to Sophia and Caitlin is entertaining and informative - I feel like I’m having a chat with my girlfriends. Love this show so much.

Krista Podcast-listenerMost valuable TTC resource! This podcast has been the absolute most valuable resource I have found over the past year of TTC. The information that Caitlin and Sophia provides has helped me better understand my body, make positive lifestyle and diet changes, and made me feel more empowered by understanding my options and next steps I can take. Their openness, transparency, humor, and encouragement has also helped me feel more open to talking about my journey and not feeling shame around the difficulties. Thank you, Caitlin and Sophia!

rachel_4077Finding JoyTo C&S, I can’t tell you the joy I have experienced listening to your podcast. My soul, mind, and body are nourished. God has blessed you both with an ability to communicate knowledge but to also reflect His goodness and mercy. Well done, you have continued to show up, and I’m certain it isn’t easy, and many times thankless, but know that you are touching souls (and the souls trying to bring forth life). Praying for you both, and that you too have great joy in this new year.
-
Nichole 2024A must listen!!!I never write reviews, but this podcast is so amazing it’s warranted. Not only is it informative but it it’s like chatting about life with friends. Mercy YSEvery woman needs to listen!I love this podcast, and love that the hosts bring humor into it, making it fun to listen to. As a 23-year-old planning on having kids in a couple years, I love listening to this podcast, especially those that give me tips on what to do now to increase my chances of having healthy pregnancies one day. Thanks for empowering women who are at the beginning of their journey like me!
-
Nauny77Helping me feel in control! This podcast has been such a gift in my TTC journey. In a space where there’s lots of doctors telling you want to do and a space that’s often confusing, isolating, and feels very out of our control, this podcast is giving me lots of things for me to consider and try that helps me feel in control of aspects of my fertility again. Plus, these ladies are hilarious and I appreciate the humor!
-
tiffzavalaYour Best TTC Friends 💛I’ve listened to this show way too long to have not already written a review. (My previous podcast app didn’t actually have a review option…so here we are!) Caitlin and Sophia are such a dynamic duo. Filled with brilliant insight (and humor) to educate and empower women on their TTC journey with nutritional advice and soooooo much more. I found their page after a loss in 2021. Their guidance accompanied me as I got pregnant again and have since delivered a beautiful baby boy who is almost 6 months old. If you need some advice along the way, these two have so much wisdom to share. ✨ “Yeah, girl.”
-
practical280An hour with friends! It can be really lonely TTC and also really confusing navigating all the information out there! This always feels like sitting down with your friends who also are wise and incredibly knowledgeable! I appreciate how they share all sides of information and are also willing to share tough truth because it’s truth! So thankful for all you guys do and can’t wait to one day send you my BFP! :)
-
Shelbp7A must listen!!I love this podcast. It has given me so much hope and information on my fertility journey. I was diagnosed with pcos, tried for almost 2 years, got pregnant and experienced a loss, now on the path of hope in trying again. I recommend this podcast to all my people that have pcos or are trying to conceive. I also love how they are vocal about their faith!! As a Christian myself, my faith definitely plays a role in my fertility journey. I just can’t speak on how much I love this podcast. Plus they’re just real about everything 💁🏼♀️

A.E.B.1.Pull Up a Seat, Y’all! This show is like coffee time on the couch with your two best girlfriends - if your two best girlfriends were dietitians providing you with evidence based information to best support your fertility journey (and family at large). Caitlin and Sophia will wrap you in a warm information hug, and kiss you on the cheek with humor. They speak the truth in love, and it couldn’t be more obvious that their motivation IS their audience and the future generations represented by that audience. I am a proud listener and avid recommender!
-
AlegnaGnafSuch a great podcastThis is probably one of my favorite podcasts. Caitlin and Sophia seem like the nicest people, and their information is so helpful. Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year and I find that their episodes are always so relatable, helpful, and encouraging.
-
BirdiesmamaDisappointed in hostI was really looking forward to listening to this podcast, but 24 minutes into the kitchen swap episode one of the cohosts makes fun of disabled people saying that her daughter looks like she has a disability because she likes wearing her helmet and is laughing, like uncontrollably. This isn’t ok. I’m a mom of disabled child and this was extremely hurtful. Do better. I’m so disappointed.
-
alyssavz17Amazing PodcastSuch an inspirational and educational podcast. I learn so much especially someone struggling with pcos and fertility. It gives me hope!
-
j-ordannnSo informative!I love this podcast! I stumbled upon it and absolutely love listening to the information they provide. It’s research based and very helpful. I enjoy when they share some of their own experiences and they also add humor into what can be a depressing topic to discuss. So grateful to this podcast!
-
Kaila ThurgoodHopefulI am obsessed with these two! I found them on Instagram and decided to tune into their podcast as well. Getting a PCOS diagnoses was so confusing and scary, but through helpful resources, as this podcast, I find so much hope! I’m like addicted to listening to them! 🤣 thank you for being so educational and raw with a punch of humor!
-
LauraS2020InformativeOverall very informative podcast, really appreciative the content. Could improve on speaking over those you’re interviewing. That can be frustrating for the listener and seems like it throws off the train of thought of the expert. Personal stories are also less helpful, would rather hear more from the expert.
-
Emily WrenchTrustworthy ResourceHonestly, this podcast has been such a powerful tool in my TTC journey. These ladies are so real and knowledgeable and I personally have put so much trust in what they say. Thanks for arming me for Dr appointments, teaching me how to be an advocate for my health, and ultimately thank you for joining me in my journey to motherhood.

CyngonzzEntertaining, informative and hopefulI came across this podcast as I’ve been under the stress of finding out that my prolactin hormone is over the top elevated, my obgyn prescribed me medication but I was hesitant to take them right off the bat. I am anticipating in being able to take control of my health in a natural route and this podcast gives me hope that Ivan do just that.

abbyofsteelPerfect for the proactive woman!I have been listening to this podcast for a couple years. I found Sophia on Instagram when I realized my boyfriend was “the one” and I wanted to start preparing my body for pregnancy. We got married a couple weeks ago and are now actively trying to conceive. I’m so thankful for the time I’ve spent preparing my mind and habits to intentionally bring life into this world. I’m in my first TWW and I feel very peaceful knowing I’ve been doing the best I can and implementing their advice. I recommend this podcast to any woman who desires to become a mom.
-
ashley1yelhsaThankful 💗Trying to have a baby has been anything but easy for my husband and I. There’s been so many things dragging us down and keeping our hopes low. Finding this podcast is one thing I am so grateful to have found on this journey. Sophia and Caitlin are so knowledgeable, real, relatable, and just freaking fun. I look up to these two thriving and successful women and if I’m ever so blessed to have a baby I will forever be thankful to them for all their tips. I love this podcast!
-
@better_withou_vinoEntertaining and educational!I stumbled upon this podcast when I first decided I wanted to actively try to get pregnant with my husband. I’m so glad I did because these ladies share so much valuable knowledge and insight about fertility, nutrition, and so many other tips and tricks. I’ve learned way more than I thought possible in my first cycle of trying to conceive and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to learn more about their body (and get some laughs in because they know how to have a good time, too!) thank you for sharing your gifts with us!
-
Liz BoucherTransformativeThis podcast saved my life in so many ways! I look forward to listening each week and it feels like I’m spending time with people I can trust. I’ve not only learned so much about working with my own hormone imbalances but also received endless excellent advice about self-advocacy in the women’s health space. My husband and I have been trying for a 3rd very wanted baby for almost 2 years now (it’s his 1st) as I struggled with secondary (third-dary?) infertility. We’ve both seen several different providers and have had a lot of testing done with mixed answers from providers- but I know we still have more to explore and work on. I’m not pregnant yet but the wisdom on this podcast has given me so much hope and practical help along the way in terms of my fertility as well as mental health. Thank you Caitlin and Sophia!
