Sasfrass1313Currently Using Yes We InspectWe found ourselves in a bad situation. If you have found yourself in a moldy home and had to throw away many items due to contamination, you know exactly what I am talking about. You understand the time and money costs along with how much stress is involved while your health is declining. We were/are in crisis. I found Yes, We Inspect! for our mold inspection. The prices are very high, but we needed the services. After our initial call and inspection review call is when things changed. I called about getting some information updated and when our contact person called they stated "I don't really have time for these calls". Well, we just dropped 10,000.00 so I suppose they feel their job is done. Very disappointed. I can't express how disappointing it was. We ended up speaking to a local functional medicine doctor who also used Yes, We Inspect! And they had the SAME experience. After they dropped thousands, suddenly the consultant didn't have time to talk to them or follow up. Terrible customer service! Do not reccomend.

sprintindeerThis company ripped us offBrian Karr was scheduled to come on Tuesday and didn’t show-you have kept my $1495. And no one has contacted us back for four days. We want you sent a check to our home for the amount since we have closed the credit card. We have called 3 times, and Pompa coach has called and support team has called and no response to anyone. We also texted.

lemonjuicelemonjuiceAwesome show!As someone who is dealing with ill effects health from a house rental with mold exposure, this show has been a light in the dark. Prior to this experience I thought toxic mold exposure was rare and that it would have to be obviously visible and extensive to cause illness, but I have quickly learned otherwise!! SO grateful for how Brian breaks down all the aspects of dealing with mold and provides such a vast wealth of information on the subject. This show has been vital to me navigating a healthier living situation for myself, as well as assisting my family with doing the same. I have been house shopping and the information I have learned here has brought much more awareness to possibly dangerous aspects of a home I had never considered before. It has definitely felt overwhelming at times, but I am overall incredibly grateful to know how to create a healthier home environment for myself moving forward.

flossproA GodsendThis podcast has been an amazing resource for my family and me as we have been navigating mold illness, remediation, and home- building. I am so thankful! Also, I cannot recommend YesWeInspect highly enough for mold inspection. They are in a different universe than probably 99.9% of the “mold inspectors” out there!

kmwalsh2325An amazing resource for learning all possible things mold and healthThis podcast is amazing in casting a wide net to help its audience become aware of all sorts of related resources. Mycotoxin illness really does bring down so many things, so I love expanding my awareness of other facets possibly impacted and the corresponding solutions. And also, Brian is really good at podcasting and a really good host so it’s a nice podcast to listen to. In the current health/mold nightmare I’m going through, this podcast is a God-send! Thank you Brian and team!

The healing mommy72. Why you can’t just move into a house with no moldYes! Thank you for saving me from a wild goose chase! You have to create a living space without mold. You likely cannot find one. Brian is very candid and not overly optimistic like most people in the self-help business. I need to hear the dirty truth and he’s telling it.

Nora UresteMold education I have been looking forAs someone who is deeply interested in healthy buildings, the information that Brian provides is invaluable! I am trained in building biology, building science and environmental health, so I know how mold can affect occupant health. But, I didn’t know how to find it, nor how to interpret tests, nor how to approach remediation, nor how to best to make an insurance claim, etc. Brian puts it all our there. I am so grateful for finding his wisdom and advice. Thank you Brian! Your mission to educate about mold is so vital to changing how we maintain and build our buildings.

Mikey87755Mold Finders Radio comes at a time when we need it most!As an expert in the industry, mold finders radio is being released at a time where information about mold for individuals whom are sensitive to mold is invaluable. I visit 75-100 families a year with systemic mold issues and the misinformation that they receive by professionals in the industry is catastrophic! It’s good to see others putting out sound advice that will truly help people. Job well done!

JhagsjdjfjfmfEmotional connection episode is a must listen! My husband and I recently put in an offer on a home that we really connected with. It was beautiful and appeared to be really well taken care of, BUT-it had a pretty clear musty smell to me. I voiced my concerns with my husband and our realtor as we continued through the process in a busy real estate market. While I was talking to my friend about it, she sent me Brian's IG page, which led me to his podcasts. I listened to several of them, learning signs of what I should be looking for. And this house-it had lots of red flags. Things that wouldn't be super obvious to most people, but as someone that is very sensitive, they are things we should be looking for. Pretty much all of Brian's no-no's. Multiple crawl spaces, wallpaper in the bathrooms, poor ventilation, wood paneling in the entirety of the house and that musty smell. We had our upcoming inspection, but knew mold is something that can easily be missed or blown off. Because this was such a huge decision, I really just wanted more advice, so I messaged Brian a very long winded explanation(just like this one!😊) of my situation and to my surprise, he wrote me back! And because he knew this is something so many of us go through when looking for and buying a home, he did a Podcast on it! I sat down and listened and was so grateful he understood. It's hard enough to find a home, then find one that is safe in as many aspects as possible. It's especially hard when the house feels special and there is an emotional connection. We already had the inspection scheduled and although I had serious concerns, we were hoping the inspector could give us more information. (Also, our inspector was kind enough to talk to me prior to meeting with us, so I could explain my health issues/concerns to him.) And, just like Brian talks about all the time, the crawl space was completely unsafe. There was mold, signs of water damage and very poor ventilation throughout the entirety of the home. Among many other things. While it is hard to accept, it's clear what the best path to take is. Most of us are very sensitive people in many different ways, if you feel there is an issue, there probably is. Voice your concerns and dig deeper. Look up if there area is in a flood zone, ask your home insurance agent if they can find any claims on the home that may show water damage, learn what to look for and where. Discuss your concerns with the team you are working with. Some may not understand, but they should listen and respect what you have to say. You may have the power to teach them more about mold and health issues that come from exposure. Some may not listen, so just remember to be your own advocate. We are used to doing that anyway and it's exhausting, but home buying is one of the most important times to advocate for yourself and your health!!! Big thanks to Brian for going out of his way to read and respond to my long(very long)message! Thank you, Brian! And guys, check check those crawl spaces, check those attics, he is not kidding when he says they are major sources of problems. I saw it firsthand today! -Tammy
