This podcast is Amazing! My first ever CD was Siamese Dream when I was 13, now I am 44, still my favorite band of all time. How am I just now finding this podcast! I have a lot of catching up to do! Thank you so much for doing this.

I love how they go in depth with the albums. This is a lot of fun. You two know way more than I thought even I did about the band. This is a trip down my childhood into my adulthood.

I’m a long-time SP fan, since 1993. The folks who run this show are clearly big SP fans, but also very cool people. I love their radio/podcast presence. Great voices and presentation skills. Plus they really do their homework and put it all together for very entertaining shows. I remember looking at the episode times and thinking “2 hours! I’m not going to sit through that.” Next thing I know, the episode comes to an end and I’m pulling up another. Very well done. Such a passionate and professional broadcast. I don’t know how they make the time to put episodes together, but I’m glad they do. Thanks all!

The Smashing Pumpkins fan community is often a dangerous and often despairing place to visit due to its tendency to being vitriolic and unaccepting of any Pumpkins material past 1993. So, I was supremely surprised with the scope and depth of this podcast whose hosts not only obviously love the band but the overall journey of the entire catalog. The episode devoted to “Monuments…” proved this point explicitly with their song by song review of the album that showcased their listening experiences as much as their fandom! For a longtime Pumpkins fan (since 1994) who typically steers clear of the fan community, THIS was wonderful to hear. Great job, gentlemen!!!

Just two dudes talking about the fact that they like smashing pumpkins songs, not really much behind the scenes talk, not really any historic, artistic, technical or methodical insight. Pretty much just a brief wikipedia overview stretched out into hours of content by saying song by song how much they like a song or what happened when they were 12 when they heard it first. Seem like nice guys and are alright to listen to but not too interesting works as background noise or to fall asleep to…. Example talk about the song disarm and quote billy talking about how its about his childhood and his parents but never goes into the actual specifics, the context of his actual life that really brings deeper meaning to his work.

I found this podcast a couple of months ago, and I’ve really enjoyed it. These guys appreciate the band, good or bad, give cool perspective and just give great conversation on the band/members. They both seem like really chill dudes who just dig the pumpkins and enjoy talking about them in depth.

Hang out with your buds talking about their favorite band and anything and everything related. Funny, great production and a love for music. For Pumpkinheads and curios new fans.

You guys have done and continue to do the best work. Every episode feels like time spent with friends. Thank you for what you do.

These guys love the pumpkins and it’s by far the best music podcast out there. I also love they give there honest opinions on songs.

This is a fantastic podcast. I could listen to these guys all day talking Pumpkins. Knowledge, entertaining and willing to admit what they don’t know. Very humbling and different from most podcasts. HIGHLY recommend.

I can’t tell you how good it is to have found SP fans who can put into words the way I’ve felt for a long time. Deep break downs of albums and songs, silly asides, and unadulterated love of SP. this is a great pod.

Such a fun and whimsical pod about one of the most magical bands ever! The first thing I ever did on the internet was buy and trade pumpkins bootlegs, when it was just a blue screen. This Pumpkast brings the ghost children together in the year 2020. I am revisiting and rediscovering my obsession with this band. Frank and Pat do a phenomenal job breaking down the music, the drama, and the editing with clips are on fleek! These guys have super guests on, and like interacting with their fans. Give yourself a treat this pandemic and indulge in the alternative.

The podkast (I love that they lean in hard) is obviously super niche, but there is nothing pretentious or exclusionary about this. It’s been a great ride so far listening to them talk about the classic albums and listening to interviews with touring band members that are fun and not just fluff pieces. It’s really special listening to something that is so much a part of you that you can’t always talk about everyday!

This episode is epic! So much love for behold the nightmare which is my favorite pumpkins song of all time. Was so beautiful to hear.

Finally able to get some good, funny, entertaining yet informative perspectives about my absolute favorite band of all time! What a fun podcast.

I’m thrilled to hear a podcast that captures the unique appeal and less-worn-terrain of dissecting Smashing Pumpkins. I love the creative takes on what the appeal of the band is, especially the takes of the underlying blurring of masculinity/femininity and diversity of the band without it being a selling factor. I’m really happy to hear these hosts’ stories, whose experiences are so similarly to mine (I.e. being grounded when having tickets, dedicating a drawer in my desk to all things pumpkins, etc.).

Hey guys...awesome new podcast. I resonant with your take on the pumpkins...been a life long fan, up and downs, but this band certainly changed my life.
