Excellent Instruction

Ajahn Achalo’s talks and instructions are excellent and in depth. He demystifies the details of meditation practice often skipped in other podcasts. Too many only explain ‘What’ to do, but don’t explain the ‘How’ and ‘Why’. Not so with Ajahn Achalo. All is covered. Thank you!
