Janeh89A holistic approach to healthI love the variety of topics for ALL things health - from nutrition to sleep to exercise. Also tackling interesting issues that are upcoming or hot topics is appreciated so I can have a jumping off point and resource to start my own research. Like I had heard of the inflammation diet but didn’t fully get what it is so her episode on this topic was eye opening and had a lot of great information to think on and learn from

Don.Juan.33THI for the WinTHI is my go-to podcast for all things health related. There are 3 things in particular that keep me coming back to listen: 1) The variety - the breadth of topics is incredible and keeps things interesting. “Come for the natural wine talk, stay for the lesson on integrative denistry” - Confucious. 2) Brooke’s realistic/achievable approach to a healthy lifestyle. 3) No agenda is being pushed. I appreciate that Brooke expresses a genuine interest in learning and the objective truth about various health related topics. I find this approach much more appealing than the salesy, in-your-face approach that a lot of other health professionals take. Great work all around 🙌🏽. Keep it up!!
-

Lcswdrea17So relatable its sustainableI've delved into the health world for several years now, initially because I wanted to get healthy, later because my health depended on it. I've listened to likely hundreds of podcasts on health and wellness, and the reason I keep coming back to this podcast is because of Brooke's emphasis again and again on being kind to yourself and your body. She encourages her listeners to listen to the cues of their body, and do what works for them, what is sustainable for them! I've tried crazy protocols that just aren't sustainable, and they work! But hearing Brooke's helpful tips remind me that I don't have to be militant or neurotic about my health. So grateful for her love of research that makes all the content relatable and enjoyable! Highly recommend!!
-
JuliaSamanthaIncredible Podcast! This was so informative! I truly feel like these are tips that will help me with a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. The tips are easy to follow. I love the grocery store tips in particular!! Can’t wait for the next episode!

tbg33Simple health tips FTW!Brooke makes it easy to understand concrete ways to invest in your health for the long-term. MurplayGreat podcast!Very informative and engaging! I especially enjoyed the episode on integrative dentistry, a very neglected area of wellness. Keep the interviews coming!
-

Makes me feel like health goals aren’t insurmountable. The holiday eating podcast was my favorite so far. -
KDMaraInformative podcast with “doable” lifestyle hacksBrooke is so knowledgeable and funny. Her style is light and positive, but that doesn’t take away from the accurate and science-based information she provides. She offers such good advice on how to easily transform your diet into the healthiest one it can be. She’s not into fads, but is grounded in the latest research. This is one to subscribe to and to recommend to your friends and family, especially those who haven’t made the switch to a “real foods” approach.
