I absolutely love listening to these guys ! When a new episode comes out it is like a visit from a couple of pals. Love the passion from Ron and Dave. They speak a language that feels like home. I have been playing sports games for decades and was so excited to find this podcast. Keep it up guys… I will listen as long as you upload !!!

Came across Dave’s replays on YouTube and was blown away by his professionalism and level of commitment. Then I found this podcast. When I was seven I Started playing a game called dice baseball that my dad claimed he invented with a friend. No charts or anything. Just two dice 1-1 ground out 2-1 fly out or sacrifice 3-1 single etc. Then graduated to APBA baseball in the late 70s. Point is I’ve been playing sports simulations basically my whole life. This podcast will take you back to those days when life was simpler and all that mattered was whether or not Seaver would get the no- hitter, Marino would throw for 400 yards, Jim Braddock would upset Muhammad Ali etc I highly recommend.

You guys are great. I’ve been with Ron for some time now, his retro sports network is awesome. He’s a very nice guy too. Dave has a great channel as well. Together they are priceless. I love the “ Full House” Jabs by Ron.. hilarious!!! Who doesn’t like a Metal Church riff from time to time!!

As a lifelong player of sports simulation board, video, and computer games this is the perfect podcast. Since this hobby isn’t very common it’s difficult to discuss with most of the people I know. Being able to listen to Dave and Ron every week makes me feel like I’m part of a huge community. Many thanks to them for taking the time to make this.

First off, as an audio snob, I am pleased to report that these guys sound great, but obviously without good content, that only gets you so far. Not to worry, the hosts know their stuff, and from the news segments to listener feedback, they've got it covered. I love listening to them talk about their current projects and the different games they play. Look forward to following this one for a long time.
