    Little editing needed
I love the quotes and thoughts, I just wish there were some pauses in between. Pauses would provide some time for thought, introspection, internalization. I feel like I’m really contemplating a quote and then I realize the podcast has moved on to one or two other things.

    Gratitude in action
So greatful for this Podcast. It’s word for word quotations from the literature so when I cannot concentrate or read I can do anything and still work on my recovery and meditation.

    Finally!
Having the readings in an audio format is so helpful — it just makes the readings more accessible. Thank you!
