Cbangs82 nailed it. While most of these are godly men and Bible preachers, Hyles was neither.

In today’s world, it can be difficult to find shows worth listening to. However, this show is a breath of fresh air for the believer. I thank God for this ministry and how He has used it to show me things through the preaching of His Word. The preachers included in the podcasts preach powerful messages that will change your life. I cannot thank North Valley Baptist Church enough for this ministry. -2 Timothy 4:2.

I began listening to this podcast July 2021, and by August 2022 I had listened to every sermon posted since it began. I made decisions over and over in the course of that year as a result of the preaching to surrender more and more of my life to God. I’ve not regretted a single one. I’ve got joy, peace, and purpose in life like I never had before. I still anxiously await each new episode!

I love listening to old preaching because it is still old time religion and is none of this recovering fundamentalist junk. We need revival in this day and I think God wants and would bring revival to this nation, but I think we need to get right first and then he’ll being revival

To hear “great man of God” and “Jack Hyles” in the same sentence quite a contradiction. And for a podcast to be called “Preach the Word” is far away from that! I tried to listen to the masters episode with Jack Hyles. 20 min in, no Bible. Just a few references of some verses…but I don’t believe that counts. People wonder why Christians are leaving Independent Fundamental Baptist churches? Because the speakers of old are elevated higher than the Bible. They lack biblical death and the messages are riddled with examples and illustrations. When the Bible is used, it’s out of context. If you listen, have fun, but you won’t grow biblically nor will you find yourself closer to God.

It is good to hear the Bible being preached. The same God that they believed in is still the same God today. He has never changed!

We need more of this! Pray this podcast touches people, softens their hearts so they can come to know Jesus as savior! God Bless!

I have been listening to this podcast for more than 2 years now and prayerfully await each episode due to the blessings it provides. Man, we need to back the old time, God-honoring, Jesus-centered, Bible-based, Spirit-filled, revival preaching into this World once again.

I grew up listening to many of these preachers and have always wanted to be able to listen to them again. Thank you for such a wonderful resource. Praise the Lord!

The world is in chaos in 2020, but these sermons are still relevant because the messages are timeless. God is timeless. Praise the Lord for these great men of God. They have precious few counterparts in this contemporary era of watered-down Christianity.

These men of God left behind great truth and we need to hear it again and repeat it to the next generation!

So much truth in one place. Thank you for making it possible for us to listen to good, godly, and unchanging preaching based on the KJV Word of God!
