Easy to listen to, doesn’t take itself too seriously like a lot of other TV analysis pods. Great insights without the pretentiousness.

Fellas- you have at least one regular listener in the other side of the Atlantic. Love your deep dives. Next opportunity, tell us why you think Kim had to quit the bar. That seems OTT. Keep it up!

I can’t get enough Better Call Saul and this is, by far, my favorite BCS podcast. I love your recaps and predictions. I can so relate to your conversation even when it’s not BCS specific. I’m binge watching Breaking Bad. Would’ve watched it when it aired had I known how fantastic it is. Thank you for your intelligent, relatable, and non-profane repartee.

Stop saying something is a minor nitpick and then proceed to talk about it for 20 minutes across multiple episodes. And, then spending more time in defending your nitpicking of this show - - It is a waste of time and dwelling on it makes you seem petty. Not only that, those that already disagree with you just get more ticked off. I had to fast forward, and then when you still weren’t done, I stopped listening.

I’ve been stuck on another BCS pod b/c I shopped around and never found something ‘down to Earth’ for me. Until the SAULCAST! These guys are great. They are genuinely friendly, ‘regular’ people that have unique and varying opinions. I know it’s good when an hour flies by like 20min. Plus, they are the ***1st*** Instant Take right after the show. I’m a BCS nut so I’m clambering for content and so thankful the SAULCAST publishes within an hour or so after an episode. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work. I actually found you guys on YouTube only a couple weeks ago and I just subscribed to your podcast. I wish I had found you a long time ago! BCS has been a favorite show of mine for years. Your reviews and breakdowns are really thoughtful and in-depth. I love the way you dive into these characters, understanding their complexities and choices. Almost every episode of BCS lingers in my mind with a need to discuss it. My husband doesn’t watch it with me and neither does anyone else I know. (they are really missing out!) You guys really fill that void and feed my BCS addiction. Keep up the great work and I look forward to taking this journey with you through the final season.

I was a dedicated follower of another BCS podcast. However, some changes prompted me to start looking around. I’ve listened to several, especially in anticipation of the final season, and this, I think is the best one I’ve found.

I just started listening and so far I love it. This show intrigues me so much I can’t get enough of people talking about it. Thanks, guys!

Guys ! “Do it” Mike and Nacho totally planned his suicide! We know that Mike wanted to save Nacho. But in season 6 episode 2 you can see Mike comes to the realization that it is just not possible. (The items he removed and left in the safe.) So he continues to make every argument to Gus to bring Nacho in as humanely as possible while also saving Nacho’s father. When Mike takes the liquor and glasses out of his locker it was so they could have a sit down and discuss a the plan for Nacho to save his dad and go out on his own terms... Not just for a few punches to the face. Only Mike and Nacho are in on the plan. Mike asking Gus if he could keep watch while staying out of sight was in case in the moment Nacho couldn’t go through with it. Nacho also knows that and knows that Mike doesn’t want to shoot him… that is why Mike says “Do it” (Gus breaking the glass .. foreshadowing)

Other than repeatedly making that mistake, these guys are good.

I love the crew’s take and unpretentious coverage of this television masterpiece. Fun and critical at the same time. Thank you!

Started listening after suffering Saul withdrawal due to the long hiatus until season six. The analysis is not always accurate and sometimes observations are erroneous (those were model banks not houses that overwhelmed Kim!) but the discussion is engaging and thorough.

Excellent podcast and these guys are clearly going somewhere with this.

Nice podcast! Howard was not a quite party in the room when jimmy had his license torn away from him. He brought up minutiae against him. Bore witness against him on the assault charge. Jimmy is an annoying sound in the room compared to the hammers thrown by Howard. Howard was also inert occasionally too. The passive partner to the berating. Nice podcast, keep it up. 👍

That’s right! This podcast is actually better than the show. The show is the best tv ever, but the podcast is like the ultimate after show. It’s like BCS isn’t really done for the week because you actually look forward to listening to these guys just as much as you looked forward to the episode. Hard to explain, but true! Recently found podcast. The insta takes are great and the duo does a great job of mixing in silly humor while actually analyzing the show. Great listen and now a part of my regular rotation.

I enjoy Saulcast as much as I enjoy Better Call Saul itself! These are some hilarious dudes and I look forward to their shows every week.

This show is such a great listen. The instant take helps me get through the week when I’m waiting for Better Call Saul. I wouldn’t mind if Gil and Adam did three episodes a week!

I've tried a few Better Call Saul podcasts and this is my favorite. They always point out the Breaking Bad connections. That's a huge help because I don't always remember the characters from previous years.. The guys even suggest scenes to go back and watch to give Better Call Saul more context. I absolutely love that Gil & Adam do an instant take. I listen right after I've watched the show and It's like discussing it with friends. The full length episode gives you all that detail that this show deserves. A very knowledgable and funny duo!

I like that they have both an "immediate take" episode right after the show's airing AND a more "deep dive" episode later in the week. Gil and Adam have both seen Breaking Bad and their references to that show and how it relates to Better Call Saul are excellent. I like their theorizing about future events and they also have an excellent pace. This podcast is an EXCELLENT LISTEN!

I’ve listened to other BCS podcasts which often get too tangential and, if published too soon, can be inaccurate. Gil and Adam do a great job of tracking the characters through their respective scenes in each episode, an approach which makes the complex show content more easily accessible. I love the first take idea: I only have to wait a day to get their intelligent, perceptive initial views on an episode. Sadly, only 4 installments of BCS remain. Tom

Better Call Saul is my favorite TV show and I can’t stand waiting a full week between episodes. These guys recap and comment on BCS and make the wait a little easier

Saulcast is great, it tides me over when I can’t wait for another Better Call Saul. Now that they do instant take episodes, we get two a week! Very funny guys and I enjoy their commentary.

You don’t often find intelligent assessments of TV shows, but Saulcast is the exception. Gil and Adam are fun to listen to and they have lots of interesting banter!

This has the potential to be the best Better Call Saul podcast out there. Love their analysis of the show and the tangents are fun too. Can’t wait to hear it grow over time!
