I love this podcast! Manu talks about Italian culture in a kind and humorous way which is an art given that he’s speaking to people that can barely understand! My Italian comprehension has improved immensely and so has my confidence in learning a language!

As an American who moved to Italy in 2020, I have attended Italian language school, taken private lessons and studied on my own. I love Italian but I find it to be more difficult to learn and the process much slower than I expected. Recently I discovered Manu’s wonderful podcast and his Italian language course! What a game-changer! I go for long walks everyday and I listen to Manu’s podcast while walking. I repeat each episode several times listening very carefully. I also follow along with the PDF of each episode when I get home from my walk. This is the best Italian language program out there and Manu is a brilliant teacher! I feel so encouraged with Manu’s Italy Made Easy podcast. The content is interesting and the language level he uses seems natural and at the same time, understandable. I love it when he defines a word he knows we might not know with simpler Italian instead of English. And he’s funny :) Thank you Manu!

After scouring the web, studying with a teacher for a year, and watching every YouTube video, I finally signed up for Italy made Easy and started to really learn. The best— can’t find a better teacher.

You are by far one of the best Italian teachers I’ve watched & listened to. Thank you soooo much for caring about us and our learning properly. Maybe some day when I can speak Italian I can meet you to make you proud of what you have taught me.

I love this podcast. My comprehension has improved dramatically since listening to it daily. I speak Spanish fluently so it’s fairly easy for me to glean context when I don’t understand something. He speaks the perfect speed for a beginner. And I love the subjects he picks for they are easy for me to follow.

While I speak Spanish and Portuguese learning Italian has become a challenge. This podcast is good for beginners since it is well pronounced and allows me to repeat what I am hearing comfortably I don’t like grammar learning but do like to repeat sounds and accents while building a vocabulary and sintaxis Good toolbox

I’m learning Italian and would still consider myself a beginner, but this podcast has helped a lot to increase my overall comprehension and expand my vocabulary. And I’m learning a lot about Italy!

I found Manu’s YouTube channel 2 weeks ago and I have been binge-watching all of the videos and now working my way through the podcast episodes. I have a goal of learning Italian this year. As someone who is also fluent in Spanish, some say it will be easy for me but there are still so many differences! Manu’s teaching style is very easy to understand and he gives us real world examples. I can feel his genuine love for teaching Italian the right way through every episode. Grazie Manu! I have learned more from you in two weeks than I have learned from any Italian language resource I have found in the past. 💛

Manu Is an extraordinary teacher. After watching many of his available downloads on iTunes and on his Italy Made Easy website I found these podcasts. The Podcasts , like the many different types of episodes he offers, are simply exceptional. I listen over and over , whether to understand the narrative, to shadow his pronunciation, to deepen my understanding of the grammar. Like anything, the more you put in, the more you get out. But I’d be missing a major element of his teaching if I didn’t stress how deeply enjoyable, interesting —and fun- it is to “be” with him. As Manu would say : cosa aspetti?

I have taken Manu’s course at Italy Made Easy.com and it launched my comprehension to the next level. The whole teaching approach is magnificent. I highly recommend it if you are enjoying the Podcast.

I am so thankful to have found Manu and his teaching about 2 years ago. I have taken two month long Italian courses IN Italy, I have used apps, textbooks, and other videos but Italy Made Easy is by far the best resource I’ve found for learning Italian. I can go to Italy or holiday gatherings and actually be able to have basic oral conversations. Written conversation with relatives is so much easier now too. Manu has come up with yet another way for us to learn and perfect Italian! I love the first podcast! I have listened several times and get a little more each time! I’m going to Italy soon and need all the help I can get. Manu gives us clear and practical lessons and always keeps it interesting! My biggest problem is deciding which of all the lessons to listen to! So thankful to have found him online 2 years ago😊
