AhaniniFantastic podcastLoved every podcast episode. Got into this show when I was a PGY2 onc resident and now I find myself coming back regularly for a nice refresher or to learn something new. Thanks for the great work!

stu032Outstanding for oncologistsI’ve been following this podcast for a few months now and have found it extremely helpful. The host reviews new drugs, but also does deep dives on some old faithfuls. Keep up the good work!

HuCAneExcellent!I really enjoy your podcast as a Hem/Onc fellow it helps me understand the nuances of treatment regimens. I was wondering if there is a way to organize them by topic for easy access to old records?

RxrebGreat podI’ve been waiting for a pod like this for a long time. As an oncology pharmacist there’s so much new stuff happening all the time and to finally have a pod that hit the highlights is such a blessing.

Uconngirl96Great podcast but intro music too loudI love this podcast to provide up to date information in the world of oncology pharmacy. The information is timely succinct and it’s the key highlights. However I really struggle listening to the intro and the conclusion because the music is so loud I can’t even hear the speaker. Please consider having that music a little quieter so we can actually hear all the wonderful things you have to say!

cj74939General hospital pharmacistWorking in a central pharmacy in a large hospital, we do less specialty-driven consulting. More recently we come across patients own oral chemo, that we in central have to verify and dispense from there. Many of these drugs are foreign to me, or I only recognize the name of the drug! I love listening because it gives me a resource and background for some of these meds. I have a question: can you recommend a resource for the hospital based “generalist” who has little Hem/Onc- specific training? Maybe a reasonable yet comprehensive training course that gives pharmacists, specifically, a good overview of cancer drugs? Any direction from anyone would be helpful. There’s a lot out there, so it’s overwhelming and I figured you would be able to recommend something g.

MRC2022Excellent for oncology pharmacists at all levelsEvery week I look forward to John’s podcast. He does an excellent job of reviewing the newest oncology updates in a concise yet thorough manner. He is able to highlight the important points without getting too bogged down in the details. I also really enjoy his “landmark series” John explains clinical information in a very easy to understand way as well as relates it to clinical practice. This podcast would benefit pharmacists at lol levels of experience as well. Whenever I need to know what’s new in the oncology pharmacy arena I know where to tune in. Excellent podcast. HIGHLY recommend

Beechnuts11FIVE STARSI’m a clinical pharmacist at an academic medical center and I just recently learned of this podcast from the HOPA forum posts. It is an outstanding list of content that ranges from up to date emerging data in oncology to reviews of classic chemotherapies both of which are helpful. The host has an evidenced based approach to all these topics and does a superb job of highlighting the important clinic findings from a topic without getting too bogged down into the unnecessary details. Highly highly recommended.
