I really liked the Severance pod. Not sure why you do an Andor pod with someone who doesn’t watch the any of the Disney shows. Still a pretty insightful podcast tho.

Great at breaking down the content I came here for, but terrible about keeping their soy boy views to themselves. I came here for the last of us not a political/soap box force feeding.

Enjoy this show a lot. More commercial heavy than most podcasts which hurts the overall flow but still pretty good!

These guys are just the best! As a person who struggles with mental health issues, I so appreciate their openness and honesty about their own struggles (never stop sharing guys! 💕) I often listen when I’m feeling particularly anxious, their voices, banter and humor really help to quiet my noisy brain. And they’re hilarious. I have laughed out loud in way too many inappropriate situations, and I love that. And I’m so happy Andy is back. He was definitely missed and it’s great to hear his voice again!

I only rated it 5 stars cause six stars was not available. I thoroughly enjoy this podcast.

Two dolts yammering with no real substance

As a casual viewer of film/tv engaged to a deep lover of film, this is a podcast we can bond over. They are able to be critical and analyze the story and filming, as well as just be hilarious. We love watching a show together and then listen to the podcast after. I also love the hosts, I really think I would be friends with them if we met irl. Love you guys!

The group doesn’t really do a good job with catching many details which is really disappointing since this show demands close attention. It’s a lot of little things that add up, like not naming actresses accurately (Sandra Bernard vs Bernhardt), not catching that it was a blood drive in S2E7, etc. the Bald Move guys are much better (called Waffle Poddy) and they have a feedback episode too. Much better overall coverage.

Too much soy, I can hardly take it. These guys are just as socially engineered as the innies, except these guys just rid themselves of all masculinity. 100% chance this show only exists because they asked their wives approval.

Honestly I miss tik tok so much so I had to find my boy Kit! I trust him. Thank you for always being kind. Amazing content!

I started listening to these guys with Stranger Things and loved every minute of it. I cannot control my laughter while listening to this podcast. They also point out a lot that I would have easily missed on my own. I am enjoying their breakdowns of Severance currently. Great job, guys!

This really is the most fun podcast to listen to. Love the banter and discussion. I find myself laughing with them, like I’m there too. The only thing I have found I didn’t like was when Erica subbed for Kit. The episode just seemed chaotic and less organized. More like when you’re hanging out with people drinking and you are sober. I’m sure it’s great, I just don’t love that. Hence still 5 stars

I think they provide a great breakdown of episodes and insights, enjoy the smart discussions and adore the hosts as humans

Have loved this podcast and these three buds ever since Stranger Things season 4. They’ve helped me revive my love of fantasy, sci fi, and quality tv and movies in general. Laugh out loud all the time, really refreshing in some dark times

i could listen to these three talk for hours on end. they are so freaking funny, any impersonation they do is SPOT on. and i die laughing. they do such a good job going in depth with all the show they talk about. i’m a newer listener, and i’ll be sticking around for the long haul! also, you guys need to start an IG for the podcast!!

Stranger Things, season four, first brought me to this podcast and I’ve been listening for the last couple of years since then. These guys are so much fun! Loving the Severence coverage and I’m glad that Andy is back, but I hope Madison comes back, in addition to having Andy back! More of a foursome!

I’ve been craving a new film and tv content podcast, and I have not been disappointed! I have followed Kit on TikTok for a good bit now, and can’t believe I didn’t know about the podcast until now. I’ve been binging as much content as I can and can’t wait to hear more!

Started listening during rings of power season 1 and got hooked, Kit, Andy, Steve make awesome and funny recaps of the best shows. BRING BACK THE LOST RECAP

I was searching for a Severance podcast to listen to and stumbled across this one. I was already reconsidering when one of the hosts made a joke about how he would attend a melon party expecting to find women’s breasts. Then on the next episode one of the hosts ( I think the same guy) was commenting on the attractive nature of the character Milcheck and proceeded to use a stereotypical “swishy” voice for a gay male. The other two hosts yukked it up in response. It was gross , dated and boring and very not entertaining. If you are looking for smart feedback and witty banter , look elsewhere.

This podcast is a fantastic deep dive into some of my favorite shows and movies. I love all of the hosts and cannot get enough.

A slight ADHD flare up but I think my 3-part review is now complete with giving props to Andy and Steve as being separate entities. Took me til Dune s1 e4 to finally realize it! Star Wars sampling of bits that made me spit out my chillum: - Yoda turning away from Luke and dying rather than telling him the truth. - Steve (Andy?) perfectly fake-trumpeting the Max Rebo Band jams. - Nien Numb impersonation - Impressed they know who Tags and Bink are - The whole “George Lucas not being a real person” thing - Wife asking “Who’s that cute teddy bear riding the bike?” (Paploo!) - So much more Btw, I covered my eyes in the theatre as an 8-year old when the Rancor came out.

I found the show and started listening for the Dune coverage, which I pretty much could not find anywhere else other than the official HBO watch-along cast (aka promotional garbage). While these guys do get quite a lot wrong on the lore side of things (get over it nerds), they do usually correct themselves in subsequent episodes and I enjoy the meal they make out of the angry listener engagement part of the business. Beyond that, entertaining show that is a bit by the numbers for my taste (not true television criticism, which is usually what I’m seeking out), but I’m happily giving a 5 star review because these guys - who clearly have connections to the television/film industry (Kit went to the premiere, they get advanced screeners) - are willing to be honest and call a bad show bad, when it’s bad. Or mediocre when it’s mediocre, etc.. the honest and straightforward opinions are refreshing and rarer and rarer in the pop-culture/tele podcasting ecosystem.

Started listening for stranger things, but have loved this podcast for years since. Began severance after hearing their episode 1 coverage. Can’t wait to hear the rest!

My husband and I adore this podcast. We could listen to you all talk about anything and everything. We both listen to every one and get so excited to see new content released - we are so psyched to hear that now both Kit and Steve will be full time. Andy next! Keep going what y’all do best!

Of all the podcasts loved by the gods, I hate this one the most. However, they are honest. I think that’s missing from a lot of fandom nowadays. I could do with a bit less of the “funny” and high pitched voices. Well, actually I could do with a lot less of them. That said, it’s not bad.

Very entertaining podcast with hilarious hosts. Their show feels like you are just hanging out with buddies who are always cracking jokes and making you laugh while discussing the content you love. Five stars.

I’ve now listened to y’all’s coverage of stranger things, rings of power, andor, Harry Potter and now the last of us. I enjoy this show so much, y’all make me laugh, and I am always excited for a new episode to drop.

Steve, Andy and Kit are hilarious and their reviews have made watching movies and television more fun than they ever have been. Only complaint I have is we don’t get MORE of them. They make my daily drives to and from work infinitely more enjoyable. I do miss Madison, though.

This show has been hands down my favorite podcast to listen to. It has helped me get through some tough times and never failed to make me laugh. I found them when I wanted more in-depth discussions on Stranger Things and have never looked back! Harry Potter was phenomenal. Coverage on my favorite shows: House of the Dragon, Game of Thrones, Yellowjackets-so much great coverage! Even with shows and movies I wouldn’t normally have watched, this podcast made me WANT to watch them just so I could listen. I never write reviews, but I am telling you this show deserves all the credit. Also, the Patreon…totally worth it for Game of Thrones alone. I love their understanding, insight, and perspective. They are very knowledgeable and you can tell they put in the research to give you the best content! I haven’t found any other pod that even comes close!

I found this podcast looking for some explanation into what in gods name is happening in Dune Prophecies, because I had never read the books so figured i was just lost on a lot of the details. Turns out I’m not alone and a ton of the show just makes no sense and is riddled with plot holes. Despite the HBO show being a major flop, episode 5 of this podcast was one of the funniest things I’ve listened to in a long time. Honestly I’m looking forward to episode 6 of the show just for the podcast recap which I have no doubt will be equally as hilarious assuming the HBO show continues on its current path. Am now a patreon subscriber and listening through Last of Us and then Fallout next!

I tried this show because because I found the Dune prophecy entertaining. These hosts instead of putting the show in context. Instead the hosts said the show didn’t meet their expectations because, among other things, they had seen these actors in other roles and apparently could not get that out of their heads. They also complained about young people doing drugs and going to a bar because “it was like going” to a bar in NYC. So self important, so pretentious, so uninteresting.

I discovered your podcast looking for content about, The Penguin. So glad I found you guys. You’re super entertaining, catch all the great hidden gems, and have fun insight about the show. Looking forward to more episodes and new shows to stream based on what you’re watching. #penwingsforever

Absolutely hilarious start to finish. New to the pod so I’m not sure if every episode is like the Penguin recaps - but the cacophony of Penguin voices back and forth with plausible dialogue is a riot. Keep up the good work!

This is one of my absolute favorite podcasts. Found it way back when Streaming Things season 4 came out and just wanted a podcast to nerd out over the show with. This podcast will go above and beyond in that department. A must listen anytime, but especially when they are covering your favorite shows and movies.

Figured it was time to write a review of one of my favorite podcasts, the best film/TV review imo! I always look forward to hearing their thoughts/commentary after the newest episode of whatever they’re covering drops (currently HOTD) and it has even changed how I watch a show i.e. trying to guess ahead of time what their top 3 favorite moments to be or what silly anecdotes they may add. Finally also became a Patron and am excited to dive into the GOT coverage! Keep up the great work guys :)

Originally found these guys when I started watching Stranger Things, and now they are my go to for HOTD, Yellow Jackets & movie reviews. I always listen to their episode reviews first & they always have me cracking up! I love how they add inside jokes from other shows into their reviews also, like Marty B. in HOTD reviews. I started listening during your Harry Potter marathon coverage - the 3 of you had me in stitches, esp with your character impressions, and the pod has continued to make me smile or sometimes burst out laughing ever since…I’ll even listen to episodes when I haven’t seen the show or movie you’re reviewing because the general discourse is so entertaining, esp with Andy back!
