This campaign is direct fantasy fulfillment for someone like me. One of my friends asked me if the creators of this podcast contacted me and asked what I’d like to hear in an actual play. If you want to feel like I do listening to this podcast, then all you have to do is LISTEN TO THIS PODCAST. The world-building, while all goofed up with Bad Whiskey and Sentai robots, is impeccable and fun. If you like dungeons and dragons, if you like punk rock, this podcast is for you. Give them money because they deserve it.

This is one of my favorite ‘Real Play’ podcasts I’ve listened to. I’m almost all caught up, been bingeing from the start for the past month and there are never any dull moments! 10/10 recommend to everyone interested in D&D!

So my criterion for judging an actual play is, "Would I want to sit at the table with these players ". With Dungeon Punks, the answer is an enthusiastic yes. Great characters and sense of fun. Love the whole music vibe as well. Highly recommended!

I have so much affection for this podcast/group. I recently was introduced to it after their producer (Kurt) did some shameless ;) self-promotion on reddit and I feel in love instantly. I’ve been a fan of punk since my misspent youth and RPGs are another favorite hobby of mine so combining these two was an instant success in my eyes. The theme and group dynamic works wonderfully and doesn’t come across as gimmicky at all. The inclusion of songs by bands that most may never have heard is also a great touch! Much love from Las Vegas!

The concept for this podcast is not a gimmick but instead a carefully considered and curated theme. It shows in the characters themselves from the first second they are introduced and only gets better from there. Too many podcasts are just trying to do same safe thing, but not this one. Rust Monster is a great band, and the music is top notch. I seriously would give this ten stars if I could.

Love it all. The humor. The tunes and the stories can’t be beaten.

This actually play podcast is amazing! They have an amazing cast and the musical interludes are a great way to hear new punk bands! I'm so excited to hear where the Rust Monsters go next!
