I found the Big Rab Show through the guys over at the Chanter Rant. I’ve been faithfully listening since 2018. The topics are relevant, varied, and interesting.

I’ve been piping for nearly 4 years with a street band—I started at the nice young age of 40—and have been mostly self taught. I recently decided that I wanted to take my piping to the next level and discovered the Big Rab Show Podcast. My interest in a professional tutor increased, my desire to look into competition grew, and my first professional lesson is tomorrow evening. I live near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA and am fortunate to have a professional piper from Northern Ireland within an hour from home. Thanks Big Rab for the encouragement through your enthusiasm.

As Rab says - "a show for the piping folk". Every week is a new adventure from around the world, yes, it is based in the Brittish Isles but he does try to include the rest of the world, when he gets the information. Would give the show 5 stars but don't want him to get too big on himself :) Keep up the good work!!!
