They forget to do podcasts before or after classicos. That’s my most anticipated time to tune in, but they still haven’t done one and the Classico was two weeks ago. I like when Diego talks about his beliefs and about God. I believe in Jesus and the gifts of the Holy Spirit and he doesn’t and it’s fun to hear his enlightened thoughts. It’s also funny how he gets on Kiyans nerves! I’m a Real Madrid fan but I think Diego is much more balanced and realistic toward Real Madrid than Kiyan is. Anyway, I really would love to listen to more Diego but I only have two stars because they often don’t do the podcast or just one does a solo and they aren’t as good.

This podcast has taught me how to be civil and discuss the beautiful game with my delusional Barca loving friends in a loving way. You can tell these guys genuinely like each other a lot. Kiyan and Diego never hide their love of their teams and I love it when they go at each other. But there is a genuine respect and appreciation. They do their best to be fair to the opposing side. I feel like I am just hanging out with these guys at a bar when I am listening to it. Very laid back and hilarious too! A highlight of my week!

Seen some comments and reviews that are fairly critical of Diego.... seriously folks, be real. This is a great podcast in particular because of the biases Kiyan and Diego being to the table. They are lifelong fans of bitter rivals, there will be arguments. It’s like family. As a Life-long Madridista I appreciate the counter points and views that Diego brings to the table, and the insight this brings to the rivalry and to the game in general. So yeah the podcast is great, but this isn’t just more Managing Madrid content. You’ll have to listen to some views you don’t agree with. Hopefully you put on your big boy pants or your big girl pants and you can handle a little disagreement - it’s the perfect compliment to the sweetness of the Churros.

I used to like him but he’s simply incapable of being unbiased, that was 100% a pen. I came to this pod for the objective analysis from both sides, only Kiyan is supplying it lately

As a Football fan I try to be as unbiased as possible and as a Madrid fan sometimes that’s hard. With Kiyan and Diego you get the best of both worlds. Kiyan being the madridista and Diego the cule. Found them because of Kiyans work with managing madrid which is also an amazing podcast. But churros y tacticas takes the cake as the best podcast out there. The banter they have is awesome and they make you feel like you are there with them just eating churros and listening to them talk about the greatest sport on earth. And if you enjoy their work they have additional content on patreon where you can ask questions that they will answer on the podcast. Hands down the best podcast on Spanish football!

I have listened for a while and you get good insight at times from two journalists who seem plugged in. Negatives are it’s dominated by Real Madrid and Barcelona topics and Diego likes to troll Madrid fans stating that winning 4 out of 5 Champions League Trophies is because of luck and bad refs, I’ll read Sport if I want that homer BS.

Recently found this, good content for someone that enjoys spanish football

I love the way they discuss things, being frank and also adding some bits and pieces of humour in between. And Diego’s phrases in between, both in Spanish and English...just love them, it makes it a lot more fun! Just keep this work going guys!

This is the best La Liga podcast out there. Don't be put off you think it'll have a Real Madrid slant. Kiyan brings on journalists who are experts on the team's discussed, while remaining remarkably impartial himself. A must listen for all fans of Spanish football.

Kiyan and his guests do a comprehensive look at futbol and as the other poster said on here he does have a pleasing voice. Since he's a Raptors poster too I wonder if he's tight w/Drake? Thx for doing these podcasts and also like the Managing Madrid podcast too.
