Good for business owners and employees
Just listened to the building great teams podcast and loved it. Think this would be a good regular podcast for an employee or job seeker that hopes to contribute more at work or climb the ladder, someone who wants to go into business on their own or someone in business already who needs inspiration. Sophisticated and in depth but also totally digestible for the newbie looking to up his game. Good insight into the history of NZ business, but applicable for people around the world.
