I liked the show. Clearly from the ratings a lot of trolls not only didn’t like the show but watched it regularly so they would be informed on how useful and accurate their 1-star rating would be; I find that ironic. Hope Brian lands in an appreciated new role!

I listen to the podcast every Monday. Became a big fan of the show and the show style. Disappointed to hear that CNN has canceled Reliable Sources and that Brian is leaving CNN. What’s next? Will this podcast continue, doubt it. Is there a media commentary podcast that you suggest?

Brian Stelter & the show purport to take an unbiased look at the media…instead he presents a weekly defense & excuse-making for Democrats/Progressives because from his perspective what they want is “good” & “right” whereas what Republicans/Conservatives are trying to do, whether stopping anti-ethical policies or programs, or god-forbid just executing the laws already on the books, are “bad” & “wrong”! We have been told by CNN, the Democrats, & the White House that illegal immigrants are hard working & commit crimes far below the rate of U.S. citizens…and that we must have sanctuary cities & not deport any of them or report them to ICE. Well, now we’re told the perpetrator of the 10-year old’s rape is an illegal immigrant…seems to me she wouldn’t have been raped if those with whom he came in contact with had checked his immigration status & deported him. You know, just like “common sense” gun regulations that determine every single thing about a person before they would be allowed concealed carry…why should “illegals” be afforded less scrutiny…hmmm, wouldn’t that be “common sense?”

This interview made me want to read magazines again! Really enjoyed! Thanks

I do not understand why cnn employs him is hilarious

This guy doesn’t know what journalism is. He spews nonsense in his annoying voice and expects to be taken seriously. So many of the stories he pushed turned out to be proven false, yet he continues. Complete waste of time.

He got owned by multiple students at the U. Of Chicago the first part of April 2022. Chances are some junior high students who aren’t indoctrinated could own him and out debate him too.

Brian Selter is an irreplaceable asset at CNN. His interview was phenomenal with Yevgenia Albany’s, a Russian reporter, on CNN Sun 3/13/22. Search it if you haven’t seen it. A lot of journalists get in their own way by over- talking, interrupting or missing the point, but Brian keeps it concise and says enough to draw out more. He understands the interview isn’t about him. Good job Brian!

I’ve given this program too many chances. The amount of misinformation and omission of unflattering facts is too much too often.

Stelter, the media’s hall monitor, is one of the worst analysts in the country. His obsession with Trump and Fox News is borderline sociopathic. He has a face made for radio, but unfortunately has voice made for newspapers.

This show was so eye opening. You should blast this out to all of our representatives!

Under appreciated and underpaid. How can joe Rogan get paid millions and this guy gets the CNN version of minimum wage. It’s outrageous. What a joke! Klein insists that 60 Minutes did rigorous fact checks for its shows then admitted that Logan had had a little problem with her Benghazi broadcast. Logan interviewed just one person for that broadcast and he was quickly proved to be a blatant liar when other media outlets quickly debunked his claims. (He wasn’t even there when the attack happened but had claimed to be an eyewitness!)There is no way that 60 Minutes fact checked that man’s claims and I seriously doubt that Logan was unaware that he was spewing right wing talking points. Logan’s switch to being a dishonest, radical right wing propagandist for Fox News should be a surprise to exactly no one but clearly she had conned her colleagues at 60 Minutes like Klein who are now shocked by her “about face”. 60 Minutes quickly fired Dan Rather for using documents whose origins were later questioned for an extensive report about Bush II not fulfilling his National Guard service. Those documents were just one part of the evidence presented in that report yet Rather was fired; Logan’s entire Benghazi report was based on the claims of just one person, a bald-faced liar, yet she was put on leave, not fired the way Rather was.

I was going to write how bad this podcast is, but everyone else did it for me. Maybe the end of cable news is here🙏Their ratings have been plummeting for quite awhile. Go Joe Rogan!

This podcast is a waste of everyone’s time. There are no reliable sources with this guy-only falsehoods and propaganda.

In depth coverage of the day that will be the deciding moment for generations to come. The only complaint I have, and not really a complaint, is that the events on the Capitol on January 6th was not a riot, it was an insurrection, designed to stop the certification of the US presidential election, topple democracy, and bring about a coup. The people here giving this podcast only 1 star are attacks from the right, trying to silence the truth. If you’re looking for Fox style propaganda and lies, this is not the podcast for you.

I tried to listen to this. Not only is he impossible to believe and or take as genuine. He sounds like that one aunt that everyone has that never married. His voice could be the sound that killed the Aliens in Mars Attacks.

He’s okay and his guests are okay some of the time there reasonable other times there too radical. Kinda relates to us everyday ppl but not really, defiantly part of the hierarchy

Main stream media is terrible. They have special interests dictating the way they allocate their time and coverage and the way they speak out said topics. We have the greatest income inequality of all time and CNN decides to talk about transgender lives?! Not to say they don’t matter but it’s just a talking point to keep you from talking about bigger issues that also impact those transgender lives that they care about.

I like the Point of View of the media looking back at the media. But for gods sake man let the guests finish! I get that talking heads can get long winded and you have to keep the show flowing but sometimes he will just talk over them until they stop. It comes off as rude.
