Apple/warning/error message/American users issue

Apple should require podcast creators to make it clear if, as with this podcast, the content is not available for US users. I wasted a lot of time trying to download and listen to this podcast, and the error messages I received from Apple, which need to be re-written, did not tell me that I can’t access this podcast as a US user. I had to contact the BBC to find that out.

Can’t listen to bbc 3 podcasts on iPhone

Would love to listen to these, but there’s an issue b/w bbc3 podcasts and USA iPhones. Hope it gets fixed soon!

Let us BUY them

BBC, you can get by the licensing issue if you simply charge for the podcast. Rating five just so that the low ratings aren't confused with low interest in the subject.

Why bother

As has been said, why limit a podcast to just the UK? I was happy to see it on my US Mac's iTunes Store, i subscribed got ready to listen to hear it wasn't available outside the UK - unlike other BBC radio podcasts. There's no warning at least that would be something. So disappointed.
