I think any person, any age, any gender, or any orientation should check out the vast catalogue of information here. I’m a woman, 27 and I have found it to really helpful. Laurie is very relatable, authentic, and she’s got a cute sense of humor. Her guests are always very well educated, experienced, intelligent, and unique thinkers. If you’re working on self development, on a spiritual journey, learning how to relate to others, or just a human being, there’s very useful life wisdom in this show.

I've known Laurie for almost 20 years and this show has been such an enlightening space.
